It's so much fun and really helps you get into the zone. The whole facility is super clean with lockers and a great bathroom with everything you need before or after class. There's tons of free parking too-- making it super easy and convenient. I loved my experience so much that I even bought a pair of biker shorts with the cut + flow logo and new grip socks as a little souvenir. I can't wait to come back to Cut + Flow!

Ive personally only taken 1 Xformer and a handful of yoga classes. I like that there's a variety of instructors with different styles. One thing to note is that it doesn't get hot enough in yoga to my liking- temperature also depends on each instructor. The locker area and bathroom/showers are also pristine! Cut and Flow sells grippy socks and lululemon clothes in the front. Don't forget to bring your own grippy socks to your first Xformer class, or you can purchase one at the studio. Their new client special is a great deal. One unlimited month for $99 which includes a free pair of grippy socks and free mat/towel rental. As of 9/11/24 there's also Xformer instructor in training classes which cost $15 per class! A drop in Xformer class typically cost $35.

I showed up just as they had closed the shop (traffic was bad and I was unfamiliar to the area), but they reopened their space and I was able to get my friend her yoga mat. Unexpected change of instructor at the last minute, so I canceled class. Received penalty notification as expected and did not have any issues. I decided to notify them, as I believe communication is important and also respectful when you're a no show. Instead, I got a series of emails from the owner that wasn't pleasant, but more combative and defensive. She also made sure to indicate boldly in her communication that she is the "OWNER" when I didn't ask and was trying to close the toxic display of her communication towards me. Quite sad frankly to learn of an owner who practices against its mission statement. Be wary.

She is one of the best Vinyasa teachers I've ever learned from and fully embodies what yoga is truly about: inward connection through asana, pranayama, and leela (play!). It seems there are many phony studios these days that focus solely on fitness and lack the essence of true yoga. This is the rare exception! If you're on the fence about trying yoga or a new studio, I really recommend trying a class with Lydia at Leela. You won't be disappointed!

It was my first or second week of yoga classes in the studio. I felt a little overheated during the…read moreclass and went to lay down on a wooden bench in a hallway. I didn't walk around or touched anything, just lay down on a bench to cool down a bit. The studio Manager (who is also a yoga teacher was in the hallway at that time) approached me and began expressing concern for my health and suggesting that I take some easier classes. Which is wonderful and understandable, thank you very much! Then she said the following: "Another reason not to leave the room during class is that people might feel uncomfortable with you being around their belongings. I'm not saying that you would steal anything, but they might be concerned because they don't know you." Just like that, almost word for word - I have an excellent memory. When I eventually spoke my mind on this topic (in email), the Manager sent me a long email full of explanations. She was clearly standing by her words, even repeating them, justifying them by saying that stealing has happened in the studio before. In the same email, she informed me that my studio pass is being terminated and I'm not to return to the studio. Let me tell you about myself. I'm an immigrant speaking with an accent and a white-passing person of color; I work in Higher Education. I've told this story to many of my colleagues and friends. Everyone is in disbelief and asking me - did it happen here, in our state!?! Yep... If the management of this studio believes that I was not treated in any irregular or unusual way, and if they stand by their comments, they should turn their words to me into a studio policy for everyone to consider, not only me! It could go something like this: "Coming outside the room into a hallway during class is discouraged. One of many reasons, people might be uncomfortable with you, our lovely and valued customer, being left unattended around their belongings. Unless they know you, of course! BTW, we are not saying that you would steal anything, no-no! Don't get us wrong! We're only expressing what others might think of you!" :-)

I've taken classes with Aspen, Carolina, Alex, Laura, Iza and Will and they've all been kind, generous teachers. The community at the studio is great- classmates are welcoming and friendly. The studio is clean and mats are spaced in a way that gives everyone enough room. I love that the studio offers special events like yoga Nidra with Carolina, and Kundalini and Sound Baths with Aspen Rose.

Statement from owner was posted on Instagram, "...to reach out to all active students with options to transfer." Never heard a word from the owner except for his bullying comments on Yelp. It is unfair and unethical for a business to shutter its doors without refunding membership or option to use credits at another studio. Seems like a very anti-yoga practice and treatment for a business built on this peaceful form of exercise meant to foster physical and mental well-being.

I was very disappointed to discover one of those people was the teacher. The other girl, I'm assuming she worked there? Put her mat directly on top of mine as class was starting so she could see herself in the mirror and I had to move so I didn't get kicked in the face, and there was plenty of space, but I guess she really needed to see herself take breaks the entire class. The instruction was not good. There was no firm correction, the cues were all over the place. In the middle of class the instructor stopped and asked everyone what they were doing later. I come to yoga to be present so I can carry that with me, I don't want to think about what's happening later when I'm here to work on being present in the moment. I went back several more times because I signed up for the new student special and it was all the same. The community that regularly attends all like to gossip and they LOVE when the teachers ask what they are doing later. It's safe to say there is no enlightenment happening at this studio. If you are looking for a studio to gossip and or be treated as if you don't exist and are NOT interested in strengthening your practice or clearing your mind, this is the studio for you! If you want to go somewhere with a high vibe that is welcoming and will help you grow your practice keep looking because this studio is not it.
