I love Yoga (including Bikram), but this studio is mostly a scam. They were around until 2019 when they closed up shop, leaving prepaid members high and dry. Now they're back in Bellevue, but just pack classes to the brim with unqualified instructors. Newbies doing their poses unsafely are not corrected. This business doesn't seem to worry about repeat business. Instead they plaster all of Bellevue with illegal street signs to attract gullible new recruits they can pressure into buying 10-class subscriptions. Once new members find out how terrible the instruction and environment are, it's too late. Just read all the reviews here from others denied a refund. No wonder they have a pitiful 2.9 star Yelp rating! I hope the next time this business closes down it's for good. read more

Ok. I am a hot yoga fan. It has done so so much for me. This studio is HOT. It is not for the faint of heart. That said, don't let that deter you. If you're into it and it starts working for you, great. If not, that's OK too. I saw a handful of bad reviews and it seems like the reviews are because the studio is too hot. That's like going to take the polar plunge and then complaining because it was too cold. I'm not sure I understand those reviews. Hatha is a practice that well, takes practice. It's a discipline and the heat isn't for everyone. ANYWAY! I love ththis studio and I'm so glad they're back on the eastside. I used to go to Sealevel in Fremont when I lived in QA and I've been missing a really hot studio for years. I am a simple and don't like to talk a lot. Let me get straight to the points. Pros: - awesome studio. 3 wall mirrors and non-slip surface. (Ashram studio, this is what you do not have) - the instructors are very nice. They are in and out the class making sure the room is not to hot. Secret, you could bring your kid and let them stay in the lobby. - great intro program $10 for 10 classes! I am in. Cons: Power yoga: bad! If you were not a pro like me and already know the correct poses, you are guaranteed to be injured. Why? Because they do not tell you how to do the poses. Where to keep straight and where to focus. The instructor paces the poses way to fast like 1-2seconds a pose. No way you could complete a pose. Most people I saw were beginners. Hatha yoga: a variation of Bikram yoga. Much better than the wishy-washy power yoga. But still not very great! I don't get to hit all the parts I need to exercise. It's like drinking a knockoff wine. Just not there. I saw they have advertisements at the lululemon in Bellevue square. By honestly, I think I would go back to Ashram because 1, their fees are too high. 2, Ashram has better classes but worse environment/studio Update on Ashram. Ashram is probably worse than Hot yoga. I should have stocked with Hot yoga. Ashram has poor management and the teachers were actually much much worse than hot yoga. Students turn-over rate is very high. I'll admit, I came to Hot Yoga for their new student special of 10 classes for $10. It's such a great deal. It gives you ample opportunity to try out a variety of classes and teachers. I only tried their Power and Sculpt classes since Hatha is not my thing. Be warned though, the room is HOT. If you're used to heated yoga, this may be a bit overwhelming so be prepared. Overall the studio has a good mix of instructors. Some really resonate with you, others not so much. The Power classes have good flow sequences that can be done by all levels of yogis. I didn't rate Hot Yoga higher due to the lack of amenities offered. There are no blocks or straps available, so you're left to bring your own. However they have a fully stocked weight rack, which are only used for the Sculpt classes. But there are 3 Sculpt classes a week versus the 40 Hatha/Power/etc ones. Also this is an older studio so the showers and restrooms look their age. read more

I really enjoy Hot Yoga, the teachers are amazing and I feel rejuvenated every time. So far I've taken the Power Yoga and Hatha classes. I will say, this is not hot yoga for the faint of heart. It is HOT in there. Like really hot. They use infrared in the yoga room which is amazing for your body but can be tough to tolerate. Don't be afraid to leave early, the staff is very accommodating. I have heard of their famous $10 for 10 classes for introductory offer for a while and waiting them to open a studio in Bellevue for so long. Big and clean studio, lots of parking. I have tried a couple of classes. My favorite are power and lower body. Why 4-star? They can have a better storage/locker system then just put our belongings unlocked in the racks I can fit in their schedule easily and I definitely will buy a package after the introductory classes are over. read more

Easy location and the experience can really vary depending on the instructor. I did the 10 for $10 with the suggestion of a friend who really liked coming here. Overall it seems like a decent studio with a lot to offer. My main complaints was that it was a bit difficult to follow instructions- the room is so big that it becomes a strain to make out what the instructor is saying. Friday Happy Hour of Power - led by Kevin. Suuper high energy and not like any other yoga I've ever done in my life. It's like Boot Camp, rocking loud music (like OneRepublic and Green Day) while he yells at us to push ourselves and be the best we can be. It's definitely different from your average hot yoga experience, and fun to try. read more

This is not a real "yoga" studio. It is more like a out-of-control fitness club which has no rules and people can do whatever they want. The instructors play music which is either too loud or weird. Instructions are often not given correctly (several inexperienced teachers), and there is no personal attention given to any student during poses which can be dangerous for new students who do not know what they are doing. The worst part is the temp is kept so high that most students need to take many, many breaks before finally collapsing and not being able to stand up anymore. There are a couple of students in the front roll who seem to have great influences on instructors and want the room scorching hot. BUT, there is no balance between being able to do the postures correctly with the right alignment, control the breathing, and deeply and truly connect the mind and the body in the experience. I will not recommend this studio to anyone, unless all they want is a big sweat room, chaos, and the danger of injuring themselves in the process of doing "exercise". The truth is you probably get more help and less risk working out at a gym than you would at this studio. And there is no unity, no clarity, no calmness, and definitely no inner peace. read more

Having just moved to Bellevue from Singapore, I was looking for a gym that offered regular yoga classes. I used to do yoga at least 3 times a week, and one of which is a hot yoga class in my previous gym back in Singapore. I've got a membership with 24 Hour Fitness, and they only offered 1 yoga class per week. Given that Hot Yoga Inc was just 5 minutes walk from my place, i decided to purchase the $10 for 10 classes deal to see how I'd like the studio. It was fairly easy purchasing the 10 for $10 class pass on their website, and you have to sign a release & waiver of liability form & registration form, before printing the receipt and bringing it to the first class. I arrived about 25 minutes earlier so that I could find out more about the studio, etiquette, policies etc. Upon arrival, you'll give your receipt to whoever's at the front desk, and they'll take a photo using an iPad to register you on their system. I'm fairly sensitive to scents, and the studio smelled a little dank & musky, which did not happen in the hot yoga class in Singapore, but it was still bearable. I was a little disappointed that he did not really explain much about the classes or policies to me, or even asked if I was new to yoga. Even the yoga teacher at 24 Hour fitness always start off the class by asking if anyone's new to the class, or has any injuries that she needs to keep a lookout for. I asked him about the temperature, he said that it's about 100-115 Fahrenheit which was a little worrying for me as I've only done hot yoga that was a maximum of 100 Fahrenheit. I asked and any tips or advise he has for someone who may not be used to the heat, and he suggested that I stand at the back of the class where it may be cooler. The room was HOT! The floor was so hot, I felt like I was walking on coals. I've no idea how people do yoga in such heat. 15 minutes into the class, I thought I was going to have a heat stroke. My heart was pounding, my head was pounding, I felt light-headed, and was either gonna pass out or throw up then pass out. I was in child's pose for about 10 minutes, and really wanted to walk out, but was too giddy to even get up. When I finally felt okay enough to sit up, I had to raise my hand and ask the instructor if I could leave the class as I felt like throwing up. Not really sure why I did that, given that it was my health at risk. He said that "We don't allow students to leave as it disrupts the class" before walking away. At this point, I think I was too weak to argue. About 5 seconds later, he walked back and finally said that "given that it's your first class, I'll allow you to leave and use the bathroom. But please return when you're done." I crawled to the bathroom and just laid on the floor for a good 30 minutes before I felt okay enough to sit up. My skin was red, almost like a sunburn kind of red, and I knew that my body just couldn't take that amount of heat. I'm not sure if this is normal, but I'm definitely not going back to a studio that is too HOT for my health. The 2 stars were given because: 1) Insufficient warning about how HOT the room is and what it does to your body 2) There was no mention on what to do if your body isn't handling the heat well 3) The policy of not allowing students to enter and re-enter the studio during classes may be well-intended to reduce disruption, but it'd be good to at least allow sick students to leave when they need to without making them feel guilty. 4) Lack of ventilation makes the place smell dank and musky At least the instructor stepped into the bathroom after the class to check on me, otherwise I would have given this class just a single star. read more

I was super disappointed with a few of the classes. I've observed the music as being wildly inappropriate for a yoga studio/class (this isn't Bally's or 24 Hour Fitness...if I wanted techno our house music I would go to a gym). When attempting to provide feedback on it I was met with what felt like hostility from both the recep and the owner. Saving graces? They offer Hot Hatha classes that mimic the traditional Bikram class with a few twists, including soft music interjected from time to time, and a shorter length (65 or 75 min) which is great when you don't have a lot of time to work out. Also, a few of the instructors are EXCEPTIONAL. Including one that overheard the hostility of the rest of her crew upon receiving my feedback about the appropriateness of the music, who took upon herself to communicate with me about it in a kind, thoughtful and constructive way. Because of HER, and the Hot Hatha offered, I'll be attending classes at least a few times a week. If you are a serious Bikram yoga fan, opt for the Hatha classes. If you are a younger generation - need adrenaline to feel like you've worked out sort, choose Power. I have been actively practicing yoga for 5 years... I travel often and always enjoy trying out new studios. I would also like to note that hot yoga / bikram yoga is my preference. I love heat, so living in Seattle area has been challenging beings I am cold to the bone 80% of the year. Hot yoga helps me deal with that. Pros: This studio has a great entry deal and relatively well priced packages. Yin Yoga is the only class I enjoyed. Convenient locations. Cons: As a heat lover (meaning 110 degree Phoenix, Arizona temperatures are Heaven to me) even this studio is unbearable!!! I never thought I would say that a place is 'too hot' for me. But this studio is WAY TOO HOT!!! My feet are scorched as I walk across the floor. There doesn't seem to be any humidity balance, so my throat and nostrils become VERY dry during my practice (this has never happened to me with any other studio). This makes it difficult to breathe and often causes me to black out a bit during my practice. The yoga instructors all seem to have a similar style... Which comes across very militant. Shouting their instructions vs calmly guiding you through. I prefer a more soothing approach. -Because of the convenience of location and sweet price deals I have practiced at this studio a little over 20 times... Unfortunately, I don't look forward to going to this studio and have left early several times due to almost passing out from the heat. read more

I did the intro 10 classes for $10, which is undoubtedly an excellent way to get new students to this studio. It was tough for me to come up with an appropriate rating for this studio because there are some things that are 5 stars and some that are 1. Is this a good place for people new to yoga? In some ways yes - the intro deal is really great for that because it gives plenty of time for someone to experience yoga. And there are a lot of other beginners who take advantage of this deal, so a new person shouldn't feel intimidated. But... in some ways, this is a terrible place for a newbie. First of all, it's really hot. I do hot (not warm) yoga all over the Eastside, and this studio is definitely the hottest I've experienced. I can complete a 90 minute class in a Bikram studio, but I can't do all the poses in a 75 minute hot hatha class at HYOB because it's just too hot. To make things worse, many of the instructors teach the power classes at a very fast pace, which intensifies the heat. I wonder how many people try one class and decide that they're never going to do hot yoga again. The other bad thing for new people isn't necessarily something they would notice, but I do. Because there are so many new people, it's natural that there are bad habits that go on in the class. Talking in the room, leaving and entering in class, completely incorrect versions of postures by people in the front of the room... some instructors were really awesome about correcting all of this, and I would recommend their classes highly. But too many just ignored it. And since these guys change their instructor schedules each week and don't post them online, it's really hard to predict which experience you're going to get. Even though yoga is a personal practice, the energy of the room is an important part of the class experience, and it's too much of a mixed bag at HYOB. The good: some instructors are really great, the yoga room is large and clean, nice showers and bathrooms in the changing rooms. Intro deal is a great value. Plenty of parking, convenient location in Bellevue. I wish this was a place where I could be a regular, but I wouldn't pay for a class package unless things changed. read more

I have been practicing HOT yoga for three years in several different HOT yoga studios and I can tell you that this place is TOO HOT. I walked out of my first class there ten minutes before it ended because I thought I was going to have a heat stroke (racing heart, tingly lips, the whole bit). This disappoints me because they seem to think that making their students overly hot is the best way to give them a killer workout but this couldn't be further from the truth. I didn't even come close to getting a good workout (in a power class) because my body was simply too hot. Not because I was tired from working out. I was also disappointed when one of the front desk gals tried to tell me that the reason I felt that way was probably because I either worked harder, ate the wrong thing before class, or didn't hydrate well enough that day. I felt like she was telling me I was an idiot. The locker room situation was pretty awful too. No room to move around. No soap at the sinks. Clear glass showers across from the toilets. read more

There is no Yin yoga( room temperature). Only hot yoga. And I couldn't heard what Instructors are saying....I have to look others to do yoga. I'm not coming back after this deal! read more

Can't pass up that 10 for $10 deal! I found this location to be dirty/moldy and I had visions of ring worm growing on the palms of my feet walking into class. My biggest complaint is feeling like I was on a conveyer belt, or some other generic way to experience yoga. I was not impressed by the instructors who walked around yelling and encouraging people to push themselves harder/further. I found my edge and I'll stay here, thanks very much. Finally, it's just. too. hot. I've been practicing heated vinyasa, power, and hot hatha for years. This place did me in. Just excessive heat. Dial it back 5-10 degrees and perhaps more people will be practicing yoga not a 45 minute shavasana. read more

After starting a list about "hot yoga," I decided to browse the reviews of my favorite hot yoga studio, Hot Yoga Inc. Note to readers, I am a member here and have been going for 4+ months regularly. If you want an amazing workout when doing yoga, this is your place. The room is kept really hot to get your toxins out and keep the sweat going. I have been to a couple "hot" stuidos where my end workout has been mediocre: this is not one of them. If you want a pure meditative experience with the same poses every class, you should go to a pure bikram studio or one that isn't even hot. However, if you truly want to do any of the following: lose weight, tone, build muscle, improve cardio, all while becoming more flexible and healthy, go to Hot Yoga Inc. The most fit yogi's go here and not just for the $10 special. Ultimately that gets us in the door and keeps us wanting more- hence the reason I will continue to be a member. read more

I currently have the 10 for $10 pass, which is a steal if you ask anyone in the yoga studio world, and I have loved every class so far. I've done 2 Hatha 65 min classes and 1 Power 60 min class. I have done hot yoga at another studio in CA and I feel as if this one is much hotter in temperature which can be rigorous on someone who isn't expecting to really push it. Hatha is slower, calmer, and deeper stretching. I have liked both of my instructors for this class and I always leave class screaming namaste in my head. Power is a workout. I am an avid runner and I had a hard time keeping up with power. Make sure you go to Hatha first to acclimate to the heat before you go to Power. It's like the difference between walking in Arizona to running in Arizona. The front staff (which are normally the teachers for the classes) are always very nice. The actual studio never smells (which is HUGE for anyone who has done hot yoga before) and the experiences are always geared to make you happy. I'm looking into buying a membership after my trial period! read more

But I did not come to join the babysitters club or the set of sweet valley high...i came to get my zen on! but for the love of god, can we get a merry maids or something. a swiffer on the side? It is disgusting to find sweat from everyone on the ground. The funny thing is that my ass is from white center and Im noticing that all these bellevue people are sitting in each others nasty, funyun smelling sweat puddles! I'm Sorry but if people are paying that much...MOP THAT UP! Im even willing to do it! Even though I pay $135. No offense, but you are at work..act like it. Do something. But the classes are awesome, always changing and actually teaching the class. Check the schedule for the appropriate class for you. Also come on time. Cause yeah no room. Yoga scuplt isn't yoga in any way, shape or form. It's a bootcamp style class that is for some reason heated. The heat comes from specific units on the floor, so if you're near them it will be hot enough that you cannot keep your hand on the wooden floor near them because it is so hot. There aren't fans so the heat is really poorly distributed. The benefit of heat in yoga is that it can raise your heartbeat and allow you to stretch deeper into your poses. Since the sculpt yoga is just interval training with essentially zero stretching components, the heat element makes little to no sense to me. You could get the same workout at room temperature you'd just be able to do more reps. My biggest complaint about the class is it appears to offer a lot of risk for injury. There were about 20 participants and one instructor. The idea is to make it very difficult. To a point, that's fine. However, looking around the room, 75% of participants were getting through the workout using improper form. When you push yourself to the point that you're sacrificing form, injuries occur. The instructor let us know this was the easier of the sculpt classes and the following day would be more difficult. Rushed weight lifting, exceeding the bounds of what participants in your class can do, doesn't lead to long term success. It leads to people taking the class and seeing great gains for a bit, then having a huge setback due to injury. I would never return here. Also, blasting weird music, instructors yelling over it, grunting and whooping aren't what I want from a yoga studio. They're not what I want from any gym, but definitely not from a yoga studio. read more

Love love love the new studio! They did a great job of listening to all the shortcomings of the Kirkland studio. I love the large studio and changing area, love that they have showers. Really impressed with some of the new instructors they have! (but miss the originals!!) If you're trying hot yoga for the first time, remember to get there 15 minutes early so you can get prepped by the instructor / person welcoming you. If the teacher doesn't know there are new students, he/she will not likely take the time to talk you through the poses. I also recommend trying a hatha class first, then doing power. It's really easy to get lost and discouraged if you take a power class for your first attempt at yoga. read more

I got sick 4 days into my unlimited month package and was told by the staff to ask to get my account frozen and that only a manager has that ability. Left 2 messages at the front desk for a manager, no call back. I attempted a class while I was sick, so as to not completely waste $150, and had to leave the class half way because I was too sick. The class teacher told me (again) to ask to get my account frozen and this time gave me the direct line to the manager. I left a message as well as a text. No call back. The front desk people finally called the manager for me. I was told the manager was currently driving into the studio and that I'd get a call from them as soon as they arrive. No call back. It's a business and the packages are use or lose, that's understandable. However, being direct is part of customer service. The manager should have called me to tell me the answer was "no" instead of ignoring my calls. Very unprofessional. read more

I have practiced yoga for a long time and have never walked out of a class in my life, until I went here. I love my hot yoga really hot, but this was ridiculous. The room was so hot the floor was burning my feet as I walked out of the room. I was trying to tough it out by doing some of the poses, but when I looked around the room about 3/4 of the class was sitting down, in child's pose,or just standing trying to catch their breath. I came to the realization that I was not even practicing yoga and was just overwhelmingly hot and felt like I was going to get sick. When I tried to leave the instructor kneeled on my mat and told me I could not leave. I told here I needed to go and she told me no that I had to stay in the room and finish the class. I explained I felt like was going to get sick and she said to me "I had to stay" I finally had to ask her to get off my mat and I walked out. I understand that it's not political to the other yogis in the room to walk out, but I think they would have fathered had the door open for a few second than me throwing up in the studio:( I love yoga because it challenges me mentally and physically, but this place just turns up the heat to make you sweat and tricks you into thinking your practicing yoga, where in fact your just sweating. I will go to my regular studio where they actually teach yoga. I do not recommend this studio. read more

I had stopped going to Hot Yoga Inc about 2 years ago after being a loyal fan because of the ridiculous heat and inconsistent instructors. I love hot yoga, but the sign of a good class was being able to make it through without leaving, albeit most of the time spent in child's pose (which really wasn't a resting pose because the floor is unbearably hot as well). However, after trying a few other studios faithfully during the last two years and ending up disappointed, my husband and I decided to give HYI another try. I am SO glad we did. Since coming back about 4 months ago, we have both signed up for an unlimited membership and haven't been anywhere else. It is still hot as hell...but in a good way. They have a ventilation and humidifying system now that allows fresh oxygen to circulate through the room, while the sanitary infared ceiling heat is consistent and easily controlled. The instructors have seemed to embrace a bit more of a Vinyasa flow style yoga instead of just a pure cardio yoga. You still leave in a puddle of sweat, but you also feel challenged to try some new postures and are able to hold poses for more than a nanosecond, which seems to be a recipe for injury if you are rushing through poses too quickly. The schedule is consistent, convenient and has a nice variety. I am absolutely hooked on working a sculpt class or two into the routine each week as well. Hot yoga with weights...be prepared to get your butt kicked. It's a nice challenge as well as a little variety into the weekly routine. The "cons" are the changing rooms, a feeling of non-hygenic studio, the sometimes almost-too-crowded space, and the parking. The changing rooms have carpet, which is really disgusting and are way too small. They do have showers, which is nice, but they seem to be pretty neglected for cleanliness. Cleanliness in general seems to be a bit of a struggle with this location. The studio itself is pretty obviously not cleaned between classes (or at best a dry mop spreads the sweat from the previous class around), the lobby floor is always a bit dirty and has puddles of other peoples sweat lying around. But despite these glaring "cons", my husband and I have actually been healthier than ever so it doesn't seem to spread germs the way you'd think. My body has changed for the better. Even after doing hot yoga for 6 years, since coming consistently to HYI I have seen improvements that I'd never seen before. I am hooked! You will never leave HYI feeling as though it was a waste of time. Come prepared to work, come prepared to sweat...and leave it all on the mat! read more

Although of East Indian descent, I have done very little yoga in my life, since I grew up outside India. Moreover, I had never done hot yoga before signing up for the 10 for $10 1-month special here per a friend's recommendation. When it comes to respectable yoga gurus, I think of someone like BKS Iyengar. Bikram seems more like Richard Branson than like a sage or wise spiritual yogi. So I was skeptical about hot yoga and all its supposed benefits. Luckily, this hot yoga chain is not associated with Bikram's chain, so I feel good that I did not contribute to Bikram's next sports car purchase. I ended up taking 8 classes before the 1-month trial was over. I took 6 hatha yoga classes, 1 power yoga class and 1 yoga sculpt class. Yoga sculpt was definitely the toughest, but the teacher (she seemed half Asian and half Caucasian) was the best amongst all the ones I had in the one month and I wish I had taken her classes more frequently. The Hatha yoga instructor who wears grip enhancing socks was also excellent and probably the best for beginners who need some encouragement. Several instructors seemed like newbies, but I did not really mind. I try to not to laugh when I stumble (frequent occurrence in the one legged poses) and other people in front of me stumble a bit too when they look at my reflection in the mirror! The dehydration risk and overheating risk are overrated. I drink 1-2 glasses of water a day at most and sweat like crazy from my feet, but I can easily stand the heat here. Perhaps there is a genetic component to this. Too bad their monthly prices are so high for someone like me who would only go once or twice a week. read more

I gave this place 5 stars and I really hate yoga studios Very clean, the whole place is immaculate and they don't have carpets (I can't believe some places do - which make the room smell like feet and ass - - Damn I'm trying to breathe here, right?!) The staff do not seem pretentious like the character Prana in the movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall (I'm definitely a Peter Bretter in a yoga class) they know how tough it is and encourage people to just try to stay in the room if they can and...one day I hyperventilated towards the end of a class so I stepped out and they immediately helped me out so I didn't pass out I don't remember techno music ever being played, or music being played at all some days and! a schedule that goes throughout the day and the monthly price is much closer to gym fees if you take the promotions (some places 120-200$ a month - - really? a little high considering what you get at a 50$ gym) nothing evil about this place except the fact that they lure you in with 10 for 10$ and $400 divided by 6 months is (cue devil music*) 66.666666666666 muaahahahahahahaha! read more

Love this studio, the infrared beat is healing and detoxifying, and it is such a wonderful community of students and instructors.

Overall very happy with this studio! I'm almost done with my first 10 classes, and excited to purchase six months unlimited! I agree with some of the reviews about the music, would prefer typical, no lyrics yoga tunes or no music rather than some of the music played by some instructors. Some instructors better than others, I prefer those that use quiet soothing voices rather than the trainer voices(just raised talking). At Hot Yoga Inc you'll find both. The classes can get pretty crowded, but it never affects my practice. I'm surprised that 30 people could fit in that room; wall-to-wall mats and sweat! I LOVE that they offer water in the lobby(since we obviously need to refill our bottles a few times!) at another studio, you have to pay to fill your water bottle. Lots of cubbies for your stuff, would love lockers for safety but these work just fine. read more

Instructors are great. I like hot yoga... but the 5:45pm tends to get super crowded because its right after work. It's sweaty and gross... but its just disgusting when its so crowded that your yoga neighbors are practically sweating on your mat. No Joke. Recommendations: -Attend the 4:30pm or the 7pm class if you need to do yoga after work. -Sculpt hot yoga is very difficult. You are using weights in the class. This is a must try. It was very challenging for being a newer student. -There are no lockers, just cubicles to store your belongings. read more

After reading a couple reviews I am really surprised what people have written! I enjoyed the hot yoga classes. One reviewer wrote it was TOO hot?? It's HOT yoga duh! Also I was new to hot yoga and dislike heat but I didn't have any problems with it. As far as complaining about the beginners in the class: I was a beginner stayed in the back of the room and was advised not to leave the room during the class. There was no talking going on and everyone was focused on themselves (as it should be). I felt very comfortable and felt like I got a great workout. I really liked the Power yoga. The instructors were pleasant and did go around the room and correct poses. I am a huge runner and the hot yoga has definitely improved my running. My muscles are better stretched and I would highly recommend to other runners... and anyone who wants to be healthy!! Class times are convenient, parking is free, studio is easy to get to, showers available, benches to cool off on after your workout, pleasant instructors. Cost is a lit'l pricey, but all yoga seems to be that way. read more

I have an annual pass here, so obviously I really like it and am a fan. All the instructors are good. You can tell they have all been trained, they are passionate about what they do and they all take yoga seriously - but not too seriously (if you know what I mean). The convenience of this studio is the other thing I really like - Bellevue, Mill Creek, and now Northgate...my membership goes almost anywhere I want to or need to go, which is a long way. I really like this fact, considering it's around $88 per month. The one downside...it's freaking hot. Yeah, I know, it's hot yoga. But honestly, it's not relaxing, I can't get in a OM space, it's a workout. Which, it should be... I know...I'm paying to get a workout, but still, it's freaking HOT as hell and sometimes I feel like they could turn it down a smidge. I'm told this is the hottest studio in WA state and I believe it. I've been going 3 to 4 times a week for 4 months and I'm still not used to the heat, but I still like the workout. That said...I guess what I was doing before was "warm" yoga compared to this. So, I now consider myself going to HOT HOT yoga when I go to this studio. Go here if you REALLY enjoy heat. read more

Everyone that knows me has heard me express my love for "Hot Yoga, Inc." The facility is always clean and the instructors are always willing and wanting to further assist you with any questions or techniques you have. Although I am a big fan of "Hot Yoga, Inc." I would love if they offered classes at 7 AM or 8 AM on the week days AND if they listed who the instructor would be at the specific times. Overall I love my classes and currently enjoying my six month, unlimited membership. I promise you won't go wrong trying it out. read more

The $10 for 10 classes is a great intro deal. Can't beat it. The staff is generally friendly. The yoga room is huge, but it can get crowded. I like the fact that they have a filtered water drinking fountain. I even like how they have benches outside to sit around and cool off. What I don't like is that the changing room is very small. Not all instructors wipe off the sweat on the floor after each session. And it can get crowded. Overall, it's a good place and the vibe is good. I would come back. read more

I'm really in love with hot yoga and although I don't do it much this place hits the spot for me :-) From the front door to the end of your workout there's so much positive energy given it's amazing. I mean truly one gets an amazing experience/workout here. Although parking can be finiky it shouldn't stop you from going! This is the best spot in Bellevue by far for hot yoga :-) read more
