I was quite impressed with both the quality and variety of meats and sausages they offer. As this was my first time here the manager brought out a sample tray of assorted sausages, which is standard practice at this business, where pretty much every sausage I tried was was very tasty, fresh and with a nice soft texture and not tough and chewy as so many thin sausages are. It was extremely obvious that these sausages are made with premium meats as they were just so darn tasty with great texture! Aside from the large assortment of sausages, there are premium cuts of beef, jerky, fish, Brisquet, pork and higher end Wisconsin cheese to choose from among the food that they sell. Additionally, they have a made to order Deli sandwich counter that includes assorted well known sandwiches you expect to see at a Deli to include some not so typical sandwiches that include Cuban, Pulled Pork and Brisquet sandwiches all at very reasonable prices.
