The sauce that came in a little dish was extraordinarily delicious. I would have ordered a whole jar to go if that was possible. There is also a list on the wall that explains their flavors in detail, and that list comes with each box as well. On a few occasions, dishes haven't just been slightly over-seasoned, they've been overwhelmingly salty to the point of overpowering the flavor and, at times, bordering on inedible. And that's coming from someone who genuinely enjoys salty food. When they get the balance right, the food is exceptional. I just wish the seasoning were more consistent.
