Lalo came to my home within a half hour-he replaced my tire and then made sure all my tires had the right pressure-he was fast and professional and he was there and gone within 45 minutes He was worth every penny of the 175 dollars it cost-a new tire-the labor and the time it took to set up safety cones around my car on my busy street -and he'd even brought a small spare tire to see if it would fit in my trunk space and when it wouldn't fit he didn't pressure me into getting it He explained that most new cars don't come with a spare and don't provide space for one but he brought one just in case-thanks Lalo-I will definitely call if I need a tire replacement! read more

I needed tires very bad for my car. I needed to drive it to work the next day. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy with Lalo. Making a payment was also quick and easy. Pricing was exactly what we discussed over the phone. Although, he did bring the wrong size tires initially when he got to my house, had to leave and come back, he was very apologetic and such a nice guy. I highly recommend Lalo's Mobile Tire Service! After trying to contact several other mobile tire co's, I called Lalo's. I explained I have a 45 ft motor home with a damaged tire and need his mobile service. I gave him my location and the exact tire brand/model and size of what I needed. He showed up about an hour later with exactly what I needed and quickly changed out the tire. He did exactly what he said and his price was good. Terrible experience. Called 4 times during an emergency when I needed to replace a tire on a Sunday. Hung up on me 4 times. Asked "what can I do for you" with an attitude. The old man cut my wife and me off on the 125 south. We had both of our children in the van. When I called his phone he was rude and started saying he did nothing wrong. I called both number on their site and both went straight to him.
