First time here and I think this will be my new shop to get anything fix on my car. Today I brought my car to get the smog check. Osama helped me right away, brought the car in and then brought me back to show me something he noticed while doing the smog. He mentioned about a rattle noise, which I had noticed before but I thought it was because my car is old. I am glad he brought it up, he advised me of a possible oil leaking that was causing the rattling noise and carbon monoxide kind of smell. He was not pushy and at no point he tried to convince me to fix it through them, he just wanted me aware for possibly having the smell go through the vents inside the car. Very honest, very polite and super efficient I was in and out within 20 mins. I will definitely be coming back to get it diagnose and possibly repair. read more

I walked in 20 minutes before closing with a strut assy in my hand. Osama (Sam to many) quoted me a fair price to swap the springs for me. Took in the back and made it happen. I took it to him because the Lexus sprimg is a tugh one to do with the rental spring compresser. After i paid and left i realised i had left the rental tool there. This was the worst place I've ever experienced. Twice, the store opened late, the sign states 730am and the worker did not show up until close to 8. The 3rd time I had to go back, two of the workers were late. I went in for a simple task of getting my front brakes replaced. The work was over-priced and I had to go back 2 times afterwards to figure out why the drivers side break still made such terrible noises. The 3rd time, I finally had enough and went to someone else and they fixed the problem in 30 minutes. After the initial break job, I called around and got estimates, everybody was cheaper. I was in a hurry and it was conveniently close to my home and that's why I tried the place out. Huge mistake. I will never go there again. read more

Stopped by to do a smog check. After checking Yelp and following the link to their website, I found a coupon which should've made my smog check $30. When I talked to the guy, he would not even listen or let me talk. He kept saying it was the penny saver coupon and they no longer have it. When I finally was able to tell him it was on his website he said they did not have a website. Then he proceeded to show me his screen from their website!! Saying it was going to be more expensive. I had to ask him to stop talking so I could show him my phone and the coupon he was talking about. By then I was too upset to even trust them with my car so I left. This place is a rip off!!! Beware of the Osama guy trying to swindle you. I lived in spring valley for 20 years and it's aleYs new managers and owners. Went to take my car to get my radiator fixed because a cracked was on my plastic and it was leaking out water and over heated my car. I take it to their shop which they kept my car for a whole week and they told me the problem was fixed and the labor and the parts cost ruffle around $700 and while inspecting my car I seen that some of my wire plugs were pulled out and they tried telling that my car needs more work on the fan and cooling system . Like fuck you! You had a whole fucken week with my fucken car! Not only was a disappointed on their half ass job to fix my car, I asked for my original parts to be given back to me! And these fucken assholes gave my radiator back to me without the brass pieces on the side missing and they told me they don't have it! Fucken pricks probably scrapped it. And that Osama guy tried telling me if he could keep my aluminum radiator. Fuck you and your crappy service!!!! My advice get a friend or relative who knows fucken cars and find a reliable auto shop !!! Stay the fuck away from these fucken meth head cockroaches !!!!! This place is awesome, all you need is in one place, customer service is excellent, people in the front office especially Osama is very friendly and knowledgeable. My car had a transmission problem, they had two different guys drive it around and fully diagnosed it, my transmission was bad, and they told me it would cost me a lot more to fix it. Instead they replaced it with used one and that saved me almost $800. The job was done in no time at a very surprising low cost; they even lend me their store truck to accommodate me. Staff was professional and experience and they even threw some extra services for free. Only a little thing I noticed, they take a little more time to get to you when you first walk into the office, maybe that's a good thing cus thy have too many customer I guess, but it is worth it. I needed a smog check and saw their ad in the Penny Saver. Nobody was around except for another smog customer who was waiting, and a couple techs who were sitting in back. Eventually I found someone to check me in, but 30 minutes later, there were still empty stalls, and the guys were sitting around doing nothing, so I said I have to leave. There are plenty of certifications for a guy named "Obama", so my guess is that they try to let the cars cool down so they have a greater chance of failing the smog test. Luckily, there is a nice couple in the same parking lot that do Smog "Test Only" at RCR Smog Inspection. They're great and have no motivation to fail you. read more

They've done it again! Osama and the crew at MD are magicians. They have been helping me keep my old cars on the road for years and this week, when I brought my car in I was afraid that they might not handle the sort of repair needed, or that it would be unaffordable. The car was a recent purchase but I was unable to drive it because the driver's door wouldn't latch. The alarm couldn't be set, and the interior lights would stay on because the door was ajar. I knew the door would have to be taken apart which I thought to be a daunting job due to the complicated electrical accessories mounted on that door. They got me right in, told me I could wait because they could look at it immediately. Roughly 50 minutes later I was informed that the door was fixed and the amount quoted for the diagnostic was sufficient to cover the repair. Once again I left, pleasantly surprised and happy.
