I walked in for my 8:45am appointment and my car was done at 9:50am which I thought was a reasonable wait time for the shop being pretty busy. The negative reviews are most likely coming from people that walked in an expected everyone to drop what they were doing to care care of them. Make an appointment online, buy your tires online, and it will be a very smooth process. Staff were very friendly too and provided a good service. I will use them again in the future.

It was put on hold and forced to listen to Firestone commercials until I hung up. Waited 10 minutes called back this time. I was growing increasingly angry at how rudely I was being treated. I drove to the store and said I was going to stand there and tell everybody how I've been treated until he dealt with me.
