I kept shopping at different places and seeing different settings, but I never found the one that checked all of the boxes. But Olga stood out from all of the other jewelers that I was visiting, and I went back to visit her several times. We were able to put together a custom made engagement ring for less than some of the settings I saw at other places. She brought in some center stones that I was able to compare and pick from, and her pricing and selection was significantly better than loose diamonds I was seeing at online retailers. The ring looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. I'm really happy with the price that I paid for what I got. The ring looks fabulous on my fiancée's finger, and she gets compliments all the time from people who saw that ring sparkle from across the room. I can't thank Olga enough for working with me, her patience, and her no pressure sales approach. She explained things in great detail and answered my questions, no matter how ridiculous some of my questions were! Less than a year of me having my engagement ring (a princess cut solitaire), I noticed the center diamond fell out of the setting and I never found it. We looked ALL around the house, car, sidewalk, EVERYWHERE, but we couldn't find the diamond. I was so down, my fiance was so down, and we were so scared that we would have to pay for a brand new diamond because the diamond was flat out lost. We came here and told them what had happened, and they said they would need to send it to their main branch so they can assure I didn't take the diamond out myself or that none of the prongs were damaged/broken (they weren't). They assured us that this doesn't happen much, but sometimes the prongs become damaged, especially because it's a solitaire. They said it would take like 6-8 weeks for my ring to be back in store so I can pick it up (which I think was SO long honestly), but it came back as good as new and honestly better than ever. It was so clean, and the diamond is so clear, and I have been thrilled with the service this location and the company has provided. Because it was apparent we did not compromise the ring ourselves, they fixed it for free. I was honestly terrified that we would have had to buy another diamond. We came back here to get the appraisal so that we can get insurance on the ring, and that was painless and easy, and they reminded me to come back for the routinely complimentary 6-month inspection so they can check on everything. We will definitely be doing that, and we plan on buying our wedding bands here, too, next year. I can't wait! The customer service here has always been great and everyone is just so nice and helpful. My fiance said they were so helpful with helping him pick out everything for the engagement ring, as well, and that he had a very good experience. I AM OBSESSED with my ring and love it so so much.
