It was his 25th anniversary gift from the company he worked for. I decided to bring it into Lambrecht's to have them estimate what it would cost to have it repaired. After a day or two, I received a phone call from them and was told that unfortunately, their watchmaker had determined that it needed a part that was no longer available. When I came in to pick up the watch, I discovered that they had cleaned and polished it, repaired the band, and put it in a presentation box for me to have as a keepsake-- all at no charge. I was very impressed with this kind gesture and I ended up coming back to buy a new watch from them. Lambrecht's is a great family-owned business.

Less than a year of me having my engagement ring (a princess cut solitaire), I noticed the center diamond fell out of the setting and I never found it. We looked ALL around the house, car, sidewalk, EVERYWHERE, but we couldn't find the diamond. I was so down, my fiance was so down, and we were so scared that we would have to pay for a brand new diamond because the diamond was flat out lost. We came here and told them what had happened, and they said they would need to send it to their main branch so they can assure I didn't take the diamond out myself or that none of the prongs were damaged/broken (they weren't). They assured us that this doesn't happen much, but sometimes the prongs become damaged, especially because it's a solitaire. They said it would take like 6-8 weeks for my ring to be back in store so I can pick it up (which I think was SO long honestly), but it came back as good as new and honestly better than ever. It was so clean, and the diamond is so clear, and I have been thrilled with the service this location and the company has provided. Because it was apparent we did not compromise the ring ourselves, they fixed it for free. I was honestly terrified that we would have had to buy another diamond. We came back here to get the appraisal so that we can get insurance on the ring, and that was painless and easy, and they reminded me to come back for the routinely complimentary 6-month inspection so they can check on everything. We will definitely be doing that, and we plan on buying our wedding bands here, too, next year. I can't wait! The customer service here has always been great and everyone is just so nice and helpful. My fiance said they were so helpful with helping him pick out everything for the engagement ring, as well, and that he had a very good experience. I AM OBSESSED with my ring and love it so so much.
