We made up a simple design on our computer and brought it into the shop. First, the young man didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in (only us), but instead had a look on his face like we were bothering him. We explained what we wanted and how long we had to wait, he said 3 to 4 days. I guess "printed while you wait" doesn't mean it will be done right then and there, you will have to wait for days. To be fair, the sign doesn't say how long the wait is. Asked him how come it's going to take so long, then he said he doesn't work on the weekends, and he'll get it done by Monday, even though we need it Sunday. He got more irritated. Then his phone rang and he told the person on the phone that he would like to go to lunch, and told his eyes. I guess we were interrupting him going to lunch? So he would rather go to lunch than service a customer and get our order done? Priorities is lunch, not service? So, he did get it done the next day, and it was nice, but customer service needs to improve. He didn't even say thank you either. Oh yeah, we tried to call him a fixed times but he doesn't answer the phone either. Sir, you do good work, but you provide a service, and in the service industry, you need to service your customers or you won't have any.

I worked with Janai, and she was great. They didn't have it in stock, and actually no one on island did, but she went the extra mile and found it $40 cheaper online and told me right away. They price-matched it on the spot, and we got it ordered to be delivered straight to my door in about nine days, which is perfect. She also let me know that if I find it cheaper anywhere within two weeks, I can bring my receipt back and they'll match it again. They even let me use my rewards, which was a nice bonus.
