In our business, customer satisfaction is number one and we strive to make sure our customers are completely happy. I was not happy as a customer, therefore I reacted strongly. I now have to spend more money to purchase shirts with the correct design size, so I was upset. Since your response to the Yelp request was fast and you printed the shirts, I am adjusting my review to "3" because I was not satisfied with the customer service.

Background: We had ordered our football team shirts through a mutual friend of ours who had done previous shirts for us. However, this time due to an emergency the order fell through and we had only a few days (LITERALLY like 2 days) to get these shirts for the kids as it was our gift to them for making it to the championship. Desperately searching, Wave Custom Teez responded and accepted! Pros: 1. The shirts are of good quality. We wanted just plain black cotton shirts and they had it in all the sizes we needed 2. They were able to print out the design we wanted on the shirts easily and without any modifications to them 3. They were sooooo accommodating especially with our last minute request. The logo design/name on the back of our shirts were slightly big and a little further down than we would have liked but considering the extremely last minute order, this is no fault of the company's as I'm sure if I had more time they would have easily accommodated my request. Also the shirts are pretty pricey and the price stays the same no matter what size you're getting (cost of an xs = cost of a 3xl) but again as it was super last minute, I expected the cost to be double, even triple what I originally paid for through my vendor. Zero clue this existed so zero orders taken from family/friends. It's become such a tradition to celebrate our seniors, I wanted to make it happen but of course panic set in! I used Chad's company to print shirts before. I knew he could make it happen, so I reached out to him on Monday. He gave me the estimated pricing and turnaround time (same week) - it's a small order. I got him the art that day too. That night he sent me the mock up of the art on the shirt and I got him the final quantities on Tuesday morning. He sent me an invoice via email and I paid online, which makes the process easy. I just picked up the shirts this afternoon (Friday). WOW!!! While I can't guarantee you that Chad can always work this quickly as I'm sure he's busy, I can say he will try his best, he estimates his time frames well and his pricing is reasonable. He can also do smaller quantities. I had reached out to a couple of companies because of not knowing who would be able to turn something around quickly. This shop is located inside of the Don Quijote Store in Waipahu, and there's a big sign saying "T's printed while you wait" which was perfect! We made up a simple design on our computer and brought it into the shop. First, the young man didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in (only us), but instead had a look on his face like we were bothering him. We explained what we wanted and how long we had to wait, he said 3 to 4 days. I guess "printed while you wait" doesn't mean it will be done right then and there, you will have to wait for days. To be fair, the sign doesn't say how long the wait is. Asked him how come it's going to take so long, then he said he doesn't work on the weekends, and he'll get it done by Monday, even though we need it Sunday. He got more irritated. Then his phone rang and he told the person on the phone that he would like to go to lunch, and told his eyes. I guess we were interrupting him going to lunch? So he would rather go to lunch than service a customer and get our order done? Priorities is lunch, not service? So, he did get it done the next day, and it was nice, but customer service needs to improve. He didn't even say thank you either. Oh yeah, we tried to call him a fixed times but he doesn't answer the phone either. Sir, you do good work, but you provide a service, and in the service industry, you need to service your customers or you won't have any.

I told him to work on it over the break, but he, like his mother is a procrastinator. Fast forward to the last week of break, and he tells us that he DOES want shirts; he just forgot about them. So we reach out to Stephen, and he tells us that Tuesday and Wednesday, the supply shop will be closed so if we want to order, we should let him know by Monday, so he can pick up the correct supplies. This is Sunday night. We scramble, take orders from friends and family, and send a tentative order Monday morning. Monday afternoon, my son is designing shirts and they are being printed. 8:30 pm Monday evening, and they're done. Perfectly. That is after us adding shirts during printing. I did mention that we are procrastinators, did I not? After seeing my son's shirts, more people reached out, and we had to put together a second order. Sent the order in at about 10 am, and it was ready by 3 pm. I always expect some sort of disappointment. Maybe the order is off by a shirt or two. Maybe the total isn't what was agreed upon. There's normally something. Nothing with Stephen. Quick turnaround. Correct order. No haggling over price. Straight up and easy to work with.
