Some of them are straight up movement but they incorporate a lot of plane or ball play to keep it interesting for a seven-year-old. The office and therapy areas are very clean and the front desk personnel always have a smile and work really hard to fit you in for the next appointment. I'm not sure about their other offices, but the one on Panama Lane is top-notch.

What upset me most was the lack of communication, apology, and professionalism from the front desk staff. As an ER RN, I understand how valuable patients' time is. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed. I don't have complaints for the therapist, they are good when it comes to teaching some points on therapy and exercises but, mind you the front desk people are unapologetic, lack of accountability, unprofessional and poor attitude.

The physical therapist I seen was Dell. His quality of care was excellent. In times where I was feeling anxious he made jokes to lighten the mood. He explained every step of what we were doing and asked me if I had any questions every time. The shared space was clean and not very noisy. They scheduled my next appointment within my work schedule and offered to make any changes as needed. I have been to other physical therapy facilities and this location was the best one by far. The doctors there are super cute and able to assist as needed. It's just a great experience to know that people care about when I'm injured and was able to provide exercising services that really helped me to engage while I wish my insurance would allow me to continue to go and get the physical therapy that I needed they were able to send me home with some tools and work guides that I'm able to continue on. I just really appreciate the time and energy and the great customer service they provide for my well care.

The waiting area was very crowded, and because all of the available seating was taken, we were standing in an open area where there seemed to be enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. At one point, a staff member, who I assume was the chiropractor based on the room he came out of said, "Excuse me." We immediately stepped aside to give him space. However, he then spoke to us in what came across as a very rude and dismissive tone, saying something along the lines of, "Can you guys like move out of the way, like move away from here? This is our workspace. Give us room." We were not being disruptive or disrespectful, and we would have gladly moved if asked politely. The issue was not the request itself, it was the way it was delivered. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in a healthcare setting where patients and their families should feel welcome and respected. I understand that staff need access to their work areas, but there are courteous ways to communicate that. A simple, polite explanation would have accomplished the same thing without making us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression of the office.

They are very friendly and accommodating. Checking in is always easy. I had a cold that came up at the last minute and they were able to reschedule very easily. Even though they are always busy they find time for the individual and always seem to get on the schedule quickly. Highly recommend and would highly recommend

At one point I could hear the physical therapist cussing and saying she was not going to deal with this bullshit today. I'm not sure what she was referring to. I was there for 2 hours and was actually seen for only about 30 minutes of that. I have 11 more visits and I'm kind of worried about how helpful this will be for my health. Once I started my "physical therapy" they would tell me what to do, walk away, gossip loudly, flirt with the "Doc" and even he participated in making fun of a fellow coworker that was off for the day. Each time I said I was done the woman rolled her eyes and huffed over to me. They were too busy talking about putting castor oil in their hair to notice I was crying in pain. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Ash is phenomenal I see so much improvement with Grandma sitting up alone trying to do things she hear her instruct me to do with her. I can say this was the best decision I made for my Grandma after recovering from a stroke and seizure and quitting hospice. Thank you from Savannah getting us on schedule to the team in the back that give all there patients exceptional care and support to regain independence in the patients
