In the past two weeks, I've taken my son there on the days they advertised to have providers for walk-in's and each time, they have not had any providers. You are better off driving to Tehachapi or Lancaster. What's the point of having a clinic in town if they cannot get providers? She passed at 97 and still under their care. Then my Husband's Parkinsons disease became to difficult for me to care for him and they told me they would take care of him. It was a blessing. They showed such care and understanding. He was there 5 months and during those months they gave him such great care. The last months were very difficult but they continued caring for him until his passing. They were a blessing and I have nothing but great things to say about them!

The staff is kind and caring and treats the residents with dignity and respect. Each resident is treated like a beloved family member and it shows. My mother's physical and mental health improved in their care and I always feel grateful for the level of service they provided. When my mother went on hospice services, the staff was an integral part of managing her care. The ratio of residents to care givers here cannot be found at the larger, corporate facilities. If I needed to find care for another loved one, they would be my first call.

She is pleasant, patient and will focus on areas of issue if you explain it to you. Another words she will honor your requests to give attention to areas that are feeling more pain. I agree with others that she is economical, caring and professional. Once I could not get in to see her and booked another massage therapist and that therapist told me that when they need a massage they use her too. I would say that is a winning endorsement when another massage therapist uses her.

I have a family member that had to be admitted for several reasons. In order for him to return home…read morehe needed to gain strength and endurance for his safety. He has VA and Private insurance. He prefers to keep his stuff within the VA. The social worker assigned to him told us she was struggling to find a facility that would take him under his VA insurance. She stated she found one facility that might take him pending approval. When she told us the name of the facility, we immediately told her, NO. I have had extremely horrific work related issues with the facility she was suggesting. I explained the issues and told her to stop anything related to this facility because it was an absolute, NO. He was not going there. She said she understood and would continue searching. A few days later, she called and said there was nowhere else for him to go and if we didn't agree to the previous facility, we would possibly be charged for the last couple days at the hospital. She made a statement that she was not going to be calling every facility and have her phones ringing off the hook when she already had this one approved and ready to go. She said she was able to get the place approved, that she called and talked to them personally, they have fixed all their issues and are much better than they were before. I know this is unacceptable and completely BS. Thankfully this woman had the following day off and a new woman had to assist while she was off. The new lady was not only able to find a new facility by the next day but had all arraignments made and we were transported within a day. This second woman and the nurses are the only reason I gave any stars. No human should have to be bullied into a facility that they are uncomfortable with no matter what the circumstances. And my reasoning for not wanting him at that facility are not minor they are extreme.
