They have a nice little lobby area, but the front desk clerk's strong perfume was so offensive, and the (totally unnecessary and weird) blow-up Christmas decoration so loud, you could never sit there and enjoy it. We informed the waitress, who indicated she would inform the cook, 20 minutes later there was no response from staff. With everyone else eating and no response from the server the steak was eaten. Upon receipt of the bill, there was no discount given for the error. When this was brought up to the server and Karen, the owner while paying the bill, the server walked away and Karen indicated that it is our policy if they eat the steak we charge for it. I have never been so embarrassed to be in my hometown, featuring a local restaurant and receive that type of service. Apparently, Crestwood does not value its customers. I have never been so moved to write a review before but this was so unacceptable that it should be out for your consideration. (Please note that when my food came out luke warm at another restaurant, not expect anything, the restaurant was embarrassed by their service and took care of the entire bill which was twice as much as this was.)

On the outset, it looked like this hotel has been…read morerenovated but once I got into the bathroom, I almost puke to find the toilet wasn't cleaned at all - the seat was dirty (stained), the bowl was moldy. The free continental breakfast suck. Coffee tastes like it's been watered down. Food is very limited, you almost had nothing left to eat if you showed up at 8:30am. You're better off eating elsewhere.
