They provided service level agreements and their communication was much more professional. I was hopeful. They did an early install of just lights in late October. Well, it's now the 9th of December and all I have is poorly hung garland and lights that only half work. I have called for 9 straight days. Filled out online forms. Even spoke to someone last Thursday who said she would send someone in 24-48 hours. I was hopeful when I got a call 2 days ago that a crew was on the way. But no one showed.
