    I bought quite a lot of lights from their website, we love them! BUT the last one we bought was an open box, it arrived fine but clearly had not inspected -- product was dented and unusable and I am still waiting for an RMA after hours on hold, many emails sent and even one response saying Jennifer would handle it and still NOTHING.....NO WAY I can speak favorably of their customer service which has proved non-existent. I hope I can change this review if I ever get a reply from them and resolution for them sending me a damaged light. There is no value in using them if this is how they treat customers. BUYER BEWARE OF ONLINE STORE. Sad!

    Had a great experience here! Came here because I wanted something a little more substantial than the builder grade ceiling fans at Home Depot and Lowe's. This place had it! And they had it at a price that did not break the bank. Many thanks and kudos to Steve, my sales consultant who was patient and helped guide me to a fan I think I am going to be real happy with!

    Spoke with Lynda who screwed me over with the ole famous "I'm sorry". Which is supposed to fix the fact she cannot not discriminate from a transmitter from a remote control. I've been billed and shipped the wrong product and it's now all on me to fix and pay for it. This place will never EVER get my business again! Especially when they have bimbos like that working there.

    This was our first visit to buy a lamp. If they don't have the make/model/brand you want you don't need it. We were familiar with the store in the past to get a unique light bulb for a nightstand lamp. So when it was time to get new floor lamp we stopped by during a sale. Good for us. On a very busy Sat with lots of customers the staff took care of use, paid and help get the box out to the car. Excellent customer service. As best I could tell the staff was focused on customer service and helping as many as possible. If you don't want to be crowded I would guess a week day when no sale is in progress to linger and wander around. Find what you want and then come back during the sale.

    If yelp had a negative star rating lamps plus would be deserving. Service and follow up is very poor. Could not recommend, shop elsewhere.

    The Summer I Turned Into a Homegoods Shopper…read more I've never been into a Homegoods in my life but recently became very intrigued. I was out for a walk and decided to stop in. I found some cute items for Fall (Football platters for Game Day snackies, Fall candles, cute Halloween decor and a cozy blanket that's really helped make my sofa feel a bit more homey). I came back a week later to purchase a couple of Fall candles to gift to my baristas because they are the sweetest. I wanted a thoughtful little surprise for them. They know I've been struggling with this "mild" Texas summer and can't wait until Fall. I thought the candles would be a nice little gesture for them being little beacons of light during my weekdays. This is a great store to pick up items for the house at reasonable prices or quick little gifts for someone. I'll definitely be returning to keep a pulse on what types of things I find. I'm big into seasonal items and have a feeling they'll always have a little something cute to add a touch here and there. .

    DO NOT consign anything here! The owner Todd Shevlin is one of the most unethical and incompetent…read morepersons I have ever met! I purchased a home in the area and the previous owner installed a beautiful chandelier that sells for $1,700 new. The chandelier does not go with our remodel so we decided to consign it with The Consignerie for $1,000 and we would get 50%. Todd wanted me to install the chandelier in his store because he did not know how to install light fixtures. I told him that I would not install it because I did not want to accept responsibility if it fell on someone/something. He hired a person to hang it. Instead of using the hardware that came with the chandelier, the hired help used his own hardware. The hardware that came with the chandelier is 2 fine threaded screws that maintain a tight fit. The installer used course threaded fasteners that resulted in a loose fit and caused the chandelier to sag. Todd thought that the crossbar bracket that came with the chandelier was weak and that the sagging was due to it bending from the weight (the chandelier weighs 43 lbs and I'm sure the designers of the chandelier appropriately designed the bracket so I'm not sure why he thought this). He took the bracket to Home Depot to find a replacement, got side tracked, and left the bracket in the shopping cart. After several days of not hearing from him, I called him to ask if the hired help was able to install the chandelier. That is when he told me that he lost the bracket. He apologized and said he would pay for the replacement. I went to about a half dozen stores to find the bracket but no one sells it. I told Todd that I could not find anyone who sells the bracket and that it is a custom made part for that chandelier. At this point he stopped replying to my texts and stopped answering my calls. Then he texted me saying that he will not accept my chandelier and that I should come pick it up. I confronted him about losing part of my chandelier and he plays if off as if the bracket was his part and that he did not lose part of my chandelier. I told him that the chandelier is worthless without that part and that we could take it to small claims court if we could not settle it ourselves. That is when he changed his tune and started looking for the bracket. Luckily, I was able to contact the manufacturer and buy the part (this is much harder and time consuming than it sounds). I went and picked up my chandelier and Todd reimbursed me (why would he pay me for the bracket if it was his bracket?). I'll give him credit that he paid me back, but only after I threatened to take him to court. He is a shady and unethical person. I have attached photos of our text exchange. My phone had this glitch where someone's response would appear above my text. That is why his "Yes Sir." text appears above my question.
