We ordered bulbs for a lamp from this location and had them shipped to us in Hawaii. We paid $20 for faster shipping so we could get them quick. They made it seem that the bulbs would ship from their store in Redlands, CA but instead came from China ONE MONTH LATER! And the WRONG bulbs! The ones we got were over double the size of the ones we ordered. So we call and first, they try to defend it until their records show they sent the wrong ones. She said they had the right bulbs in Redlands and would send them out that day with UPS shipping so it would take 5 days. We double and triple checked because we were moving and needed the bulbs before we left. Seven days later, we had no bulbs so called again to see why. They weren't sent UPS (found they won't send just bulbs UPS even if you've waited months) but something that takes another month. They did refund our money including shipping but that doesn't get the light bulbs or pay for the time and hassle spent calling them or waiting. Come to find out this is an outlet for only discontinued items (though we couldn't tell from web). Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend Lamps Plus at all. read more

This is such an amazing and enjoyable outlet store to visit. We came to browse their enormous selection of lamps, and ended up purchasing two beautiful sofas, three matching barstools, and a gorgeous lamp. So this must be what the "Plus" means in Lamp Plus! All the salespeople were friendly and available, but not stalkers... like the ones we had previously encountered at other large furniture stores. It was wonderful wandering around and seeing the high-quality merchandise available, then finding EXACTLY what we were looking for at less than half the price of retail. When it was time to make our purchase, we rented a Uhaul truck to take everything home. Hector Alvarez (very friendly, very helpful!) and his crew carefully wrapped all of our purchases and helped carefully load them in the truck. We were very happy, and even though I am crazy busy trying to pack and move, it was worth the time to write this and give them a shout out. Five stars cause its the best place ive found where you can find pricey chandeliers at a low cost just because the box was damaged no "lie" my house shines a whole light brighter and nicer while doing it thanks to this place. It has it all inside and outside lighting at 50% off or more and nothing is broken just out of the box and the sales associates are very friendly and helpful at least to me just playin their all cool. Its a hidden gem in the redlands warehouse industrail area not a lot of people know and I shouldn't be telling you, but I bought my last piece and my homes complete! So its all yours for the picking! I was looking online for a fountain for my backyard and came upon the Lamps Plus website. They had quite the selection to choose from, and after scrolling a few pages I found exactly what I wanted. It gives you the option to text the store nearest you to put things on hold, which I really liked! Sometimes you just don't feel like talking to someone on the phone. They put the item on hold for me, and I came in later in the day to pick it up. Just be aware, you may think you're headed in the wrong direction for a Lamps Plus, but it is definitely in an industrial area that you wouldn't normally think would have store front properties! When we entered, we were immediately greeted with a very friendly face. They wanted to help me out right away, which was so nice as opposed to trying to search for any sort of help. They had my fountain behind the register ready to go, I paid, and two nice gentlemen helped me to pack it up in the back of my car. Overall, I had a great experience with them and will be back to check out their lamps and other fountains as well. read more

Fantastic light outlet. I have been purchasing my lights from LP for years. I found the outlet by chance one day years ago. Won't go anyplace else until I go there first. My most recent purchases included a ceiling fan with a light; a chandelier for a dining room, and a pendant light for a kitchen area. Unfortunately, the pendant light has an electrical cord that is too short to hang. I purchased it at a great price from the floor. Although the sales receipt says all sales final, I hope to be able to exchange it for something else because I cannot use it because of the electrical cord being too short. This place is pretty awesome. It is actually an outlet and a distribution store. They have discounted items, but if you can't find something you like on the outlet floor they also have most of the regular Lamps Plus items at regular price. They have a large selection of discounted items and they are always getting more. My husband and I have been here several times and bought ceiling fans and chandeliers. The products are such good quality and the prices are 50% or more off the regular price. The other amazing thing about this store is that the staff are so helpful. I didn't expect employees at an outlet store to be so willing to go out of their way to help customers sift through discounted items. This is a clearance outlet, so what you see is what you get, as in "floor model". They do have new, brand new-in box, items in the warehouse (sometimes stocked) that you see online as well. If you don't see what you're looking for, you can order it. They also sell furniture fairly priced. I was fortunate enough to find my chandelier that I saw online, for more than half the price online, so I was extremely happy! Cons-there's no cellphone reception, so I wasn't able to send pictures to my husband for a 2 thumbs up. -Bathrooms are not located for customers, conveniently. Luckily I had my son, so they were more willing to let us use it. We had to exit the store, enter through the back & through the locker room, escorted by an employee. read more
