    Valerie is the best associate at Lamps Plus I called in and asked about two different items and she pulled both for me so I could view them once I made it to the store. I drove an entire hour to make a return and purchase new items, Valerie displayed exceptional customer service and even helped with suggestions for my lighting. I completely trusted her and her suggestions were on point I love the amber lights above my kitchen island I would have never thought of that myself. Valerie you're the best keep shining!

    The Lamps Plus factory store is a total hidden gem, buried in a section of warehouses near Redlands. They have a huge assortment of lamps, chandeliers, furniture, and even outdoor fountains and some insane prices. It seems to be final sale only, so definitely choose carefully, but absolutely worth stopping by to check out if you're in the market for lighting.

    This review is based on my overall experience at Lamps Plus Redlands. First and foremost, Michael is the most outstanding lighting associate! I came to return 5 Lamps I purchased a week ago, since these were a gift to my dad for his new Patio. Since, dad changed his mind, he went with a different lamp style. Michael was very outgoing and eager to help over the phone and in person. There's not a lot of people like Michael who can multitask having several customers in line and still give you all the attention. You have met my expectations from talking to you on the phone, entering the store and walking out from the store. FYI- Dad is very Happy with New Light Fixtures.

    First and last time ordering from Bob's Discount Furniture…read more I ordered a TV stand through their website and was given a delivery window of 1:30-4:30 PM. I specifically arranged for someone to be home during that time, but the delivery showed up at 12:23 AM instead. The driver waited a minute or two before leaving the package at the door while I was trying to contact the person at home to answer it. According to Bob's own delivery terms, the driver is supposed to wait 15 minutes before moving on. To be clear, I didn't even mind that they left it at the door -- I had actually left a note on the order saying to do so if nobody answered. What really frustrated me was what happened afterward. I received two separate phone calls from Bob's immediately after delivery. During the first call, I was told that because nobody was home, any damage to the item would be my responsibility. When I explained the driver barely waited before leaving, the representative changed his story and said the delivery driver would be responsible instead. Then, about 20 minutes later, I got another call saying that because I had left a note authorizing the item to be left at the door, any damage would once again be my responsibility. I mentioned that my security footage showed visible damage to the box, and the representative actually claimed the driver ripped the box "to check for damage." How exactly are you supposed to inspect furniture through a rip in the packaging? The strangest part was how insistent they were about making me accept responsibility for potential damage before I had even opened the box. Thankfully, the TV stand itself wasn't damaged, but the entire experience was ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I can only imagine the headache this would have turned into if the item had actually arrived damaged.
