She worked out all the kinks in my shoulder and back and was constantly checking to see if I was ok with the amount of pressure and if there was any pain. I really prefer a lot of pressure and most massage therapists I've been to just can't seem to do it firm enough BUT not here! She has been absolutely fantastic and my body is in such a better place now. She's so communicative about how I'm feeling and adjusts perfectly at any point that I ask. I truly can't say enough good stuff about this place and the pain relief therapy massage provider!

Despite repeatedly asking him to apply more pressure, I eventually decided to end the session early. They sent in a female therapist instead, and she was fantastic. However, she stopped after an hour even though I had paid for 90 minutes, so I had to remind her. While I appreciated the quality of her massage, I was disappointed that no discount was offered for the disruptions. Because she did such a great job, I booked with her again--but this time, the experience was completely different. She didn't ask about my pressure preferences or problem areas, and I had to request deeper pressure multiple times. She seemed rushed, as if she just wanted to get through the session. Had I not experienced her skill before, I might have considered it an average massage, but knowing what she was capable of made it all the more frustrating. I won't be returning.
