This dental practice is the "BOMB!" I am a FOREVER patient! They are incredibly professional, friendly, with a beautiful, clean, and comfortable office. Their equipment and procedures are state of the art. The dentists, hygienists, assistants, and staff are INCREDIBLE! This team of dentists can take care of any dental need or want. I am working closely with Dr Heaton on a new SMILE and I have the temporaries now and cannot wait for my finished SMILE makeover! My goal this past couple of years is to look better at 60 years old than I did at 50 years old (almost 10 years ago). I choose not to do fillers, plastic surgery, laser etc., because those procedures do not last. My SMILE will last me my lifetime!! I am LOVING my new SMILE - THANK YOU... We booked a new patient exam and cleaning, completed all the paperwork online, and then the morning of the appointment received a text saying our 8:00 a.m. appointment was canceled. They blamed it on a known system glitch that they apparently haven't fixed yet and the next available appointment wasn't for another month. The entire point of online booking is convenience for patients. If the office is aware of an ongoing issue but hasn't resolved it, the inconvenience falls entirely on the patient, turning what should be a simple process into a hassle. This completely defeats the purpose of online booking and made for a very poor first impression. If you need a reliable, dependable scheduling system because your time matters, you should avoid this office.

I didn't enjoy the drive, but I really liked him, so my eye never wandered... until one day a fancy mailer caught my eye. I recall seeing the phrase "paraffin wax", and baby, that's all she wrote. After walking into the unassuming office, which faces Alma School (you'll park on the opposite side of the building), I excitedly anticipated which part of my anatomy would be waxed. The office is adjacent to a colon hydro-therapy business, so I really didn't know what to expect. Mesha greeted me, and suggested I take a seat. After blurting out something about spa treatments, she summoned Dawnie, who I immediately took a shine to. She was utterly charming, referring to moi as "sugar" and "honey". Where's the tip jar, cuz daddy's ready to slap it down! After being ushered to one of their "relaxation rooms", and seeing an ultra-modern massage chair, I shifted focus to Dawnie and let out an "Oh Mama!". She coaxed my shoes off, and had me dip my paws into a crock pot of translucent wonder. First the palms, then the backsides. Each hand was bagged and summarily placed into a soft mitten. I was led to the chair, which had foot massage apparatus, which I have never seen before. Asking for a photo, I realized my camera was tucked into my front pocket. Dawnie, realizing I was about to try and stuff my baker-sized oven mitt in my jeans, offered to take the photo and text it to me. The massage chair was activated, and I spent the next 15 minutes in Pamper-ville. Tessa, my hygienist, came to fetch me. She even carried my clod hoppers to the cleaning room. Total sweetheart. After completing the cleaning, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Caryn Lee. The whole experience was one pretty woman after another. I love ya Dr Madder, but these breezies got me on lock. ps. They have the ability to mold your crown in-house, same day, so NO TEMPORARIES!!! YAY!

They did refer me out to an Endo who was unfortunately out of network, but hoping we can continue to figure out ways to assist me in the future. I already paid the debt before I arrived to the office so I was shocked this was a problem. AFTER my exam the other lady at the front desk then lied and said she called Delta my insurance company, and they told her I was "out of network." Sorry you didn't verify my insurance before my exam, try learning how to do your job next time lol. When I retuned home and called Delta they told me the exam would be covered or reimbursed if needed. I am a very high profile artist and refuse to be disrespected by some mid level dentist office for a $19 bill I already paid.
