I was a patient here, this is a real review, and the owner of the business should not be allowed to lie and have reviews removed. Here is my original review that was reported and taken down: Dr Fields is the worst. He did a crown that fell off the same weekend. I got charged to fix his mistake, I always feel like I'm being ripped off. Then another time he did an another crown, when all done he says "if you have any pain, you will need a root canal, it's a big crown". Investing in the future, are you? Last year they told me I need a crown in one of my teeth according to the dental hygienist and dentist that I need a crown urgently and they told me that have cavity. So I went to a different dentist and he said that I was fine. I didn't need anything and btw they changed one of my filling because they told I need to changed surprise !! I have to changed back because they did a really bad job. Obviously we will never want any business with them. And the dental hygienist needs more practice I left the office all covered in water. I really liked my dentist and the car was that I was getting, but I suddenly realized after spending thousands of dollars that I was having to repeat visits because the work would not hold it. The tooth would break off. They didn't give advice as to the work, it should be done they cut corners. Therefore, the tooth would break off when I was getting a root canal and a crown on a tooth that didn't hold up. I'd have to go back and have it done again. The last time was just as my insurance was running out and they decided that they would put a temporary filling and buildup and root canal on the tooth and hold off putting the crown on until after the first of the year when I should have insurance, but they made me pay ahead of time for the crown that I never got and when I wanted them to refund my money because I was not gonna continue working with them because I thought they had failed me too many times and once again, the tooth broke off at the gum line. they told me they were not gonna give me my money back even though I had paid for work that I had not had done yet so caution be very careful. I have never had a dentist cut corners and do work that they apparently say they were trying to do me a favor. It's not exactly a favor when a tooth does not hold up and breaks off. read more

I actually look forward to coming to the dentist now and have convinced my fiancé to come here as well. The hygienist and most of the front office staff here were pleasant and knowledgeable, however I do not recommend this practice based on the doctors and the actual work I had done. I returned multiple times due to ongoing pain with fillings they did, but was essentially told there was nothing they could do. I saw two doctors, and they told me two different things, and now I have a new dentist, who said nothing about the two additional fillings Mark Arooni told me I needed. After your exam, they have a very high pressure sales girl who is very pushy to get your work scheduled. I told her I needed some time to think about it, and she called me again the very next day to try and get me to schedule the work. Overall bad experience with the doctors, and the sales girl made things even worse and gave the impression they only care about making money here, not treating patients correctly. read more

I went here a few years back for an exams and they told me I needed Invisalign and it would be only $X,000 dollars (forget exact amount but was 4 figures) and that that was a really good deal for it. I told them I'd think about it. Then they called me a few days later "did you decide about the Invisalign yet?" Trying to get me to buy it. It seemed like they were just trying to make money off of me so I went to another dentist and asked if I needed Invisalign and they were like "what? No you don't need Invisalign". I know different dentists can have different opinions but it really made me think they were just trying to scam me. I never went back after that and have another dentist I like way more. read more

I never thought I would say I love a dental office but - I love this office! Staff is great - kind, professional, and prompt. Dr Arooni is competent and made me feel complete at ease (I was very nervous!) I hadn't been to the dentist in several years, but I didn't feel judged at all. This is the most efficient, professional, and kind dental office I've ever been too. (Yes, I said kind!) After years of not going to the dentist, I decided it was time and chose the best dental office in the valley. There was no judgement, just a willingness to help and get me back on track! Since my first visit I have been here multiple times for teeth cleanings and just recently a tooth extraction (which tbh I was v nervous about). Do not go to this office. They tried scamming me into getting Invisalign. My first visit they told me I needed it. My second visit when I asked about it, they said they had no idea why it was recommended. My teeth have been straight my whole life. I don't need straightening. My bite is perfect. There isn't an issue that needed fixed. Second, they recommended veneers for my teeth which I have crazing. The Dr Arooni came in after my cleaning and he checked my teeth stating "your teeth will crack in half very soon if you don't get veneers as soon as possible." Take note, I'm in my later 20s. I take great care of my teeth. He was using a scare tactic for a cosmetic restructuring of my teeth that was not needed.I went to my appt very uncomfortable and I did not want to get my teeth drilled into. It's my front teeth. They could have ruined my smile forever. I told the receptionist I had questions and I wanted to talk to Arooni. She was very nice and went to get him. She told him I had concerns. He didn't know I could hear him or else he wouldn't have refused to see me and answer questions that I had. He also wouldn't have said "tell her she needs them. That's all that she needs to know." No sir. I had questions for you. I didn't feel safe with you working on my teeth. You refused to see me. I refuse to attend this office anymore. Respect your clients and their integrity. I was being used and abused at this office. Taken advantage of and ALL the staff used scare tactics to get me to pay for veneers when I didn't need them. I went to two different dentists since then and they both said I don't need veneers nor Invisalign. They said that dentist was trying to make a pretty penny off of me. Which I wholeheartedly believe. Both dentists said my natural teeth are MUCH stronger than any veneer would be and I would have needed them replaced every ten years. IM IN MY 20s! They lied when they said my teeth will break in half. Don't let this office take advantage of you. Defend yourself. Stand up for yourself. Ask questions. Don't let Dr. Arooni bully you. I was looking for a dentist and after reviewing the website of Dr. Mark Arooni, DDS located in Chandler, AZ I called to schedule an appointment in September 2020. Upon arrival I was greeted by Farah and Priscilla at the front desk. And what an amazing friendly greeting I received behind those masks! I loved how they fussed over me. The office and all the rooms have a professional interior design touch, extremely clean with state-of-the-art dental equipment. A win for me. I needed to get a crown placed on a temporary and a cleaning with the adorable Amanda, who treats you like we were friends for years. Dr. Arooni was friendly and extremely pleasant he fitted my tooth for the crown within a week. After my periodontal cleaning with Amanda in May 2021, I met the new dentist to the office Dr. Taylor Field, and his lovely dental assistant Ms. Destinee. They both have exceptional bedside manners, very personable personalities that blends perfectly with the entire staff who are super courtesy, welcoming and friendly. After examining my mouth Dr. Field recommend placing crowns on three lower jaw teeth that had fractures. I was nervous to have all three done at the same time, but Dr. Field assured me I had nothing to be concern about. During the procedure he talked me through each step in a calm and soothing voice, I told him he sounded like an airline pilot assuring the customers a smooth ride. We all laughed! Then effortlessly he preps 3 teeth for crowns within 30 minutes. I did not experience any pain after the procedure only a very mild soreness at the gums for one day. Meeting Destinee for the first time she was super sweet and acknowledge how talented and an honor to work along side Dr. Fields. They make a great team. Today the three-crown were put on and I cannot express enough how all three crowns fit perfectly without having to adjust none of them using the drill. Now that's talent and unhear of! I went here a couple times. I loved it and everyone was so friendly and it was the nicest dentist office I've ever been to. However, the front desk staff continuously calls me after i had mentioned to them 4 times!!! To leave me alone and that I will schedule myself when I want to. I prefer to schedule myself because my work schedule doesn't line up with theirs and i don't wish to take time off of work. The last time I was called I texted them and she said she would note it in my "notes" or whatever to not call. I wish i still had the text to show you. I have a lot of anxiety when going to any type of doctor but this team provides such a high level of expertise and customer care that my anxiety lessens a great deal once I am there. In some cases it even seems to go away! Dr. Arooni pays attention to the tiniest of details, has a high level of professionalism, truly cares about his patients and has hired a team that does the same. They all want you to be comfortable and leave having had the best possible care and experience. In addition to always providing the "white glove" (exceptional!!) treatment, their office is beautifully decorated and comfortable. If you don't like going to the dentist for whatever reason, going to see Dr. Arooni may be a good option as it might just change your mind. I have been apprehensive about finding a new dentist here since I stayed with the same doctor in San Diego for over 10 years. I am pleased with every aspect of this office, from making the appointment, to the front desk staff, cleaning with the hygienist, The X-Ray technician, and of course Dr. Arooni. A very honest dental exam from Dr. Arooni is what blew my mind. Normally when you are seen by a new dentist, they want to charge you an arm and a leg and come up with all kinds of scenarios to make money out of you. Dr. Arooni gave me his honest opinion/ recommendations and asked me to be seen by a root canal specialist for a second opinion. From the moment I walked into the office my experience was very different Then any other offices I've gone too.I immediately noticed the Decor and furniture, and how Beautiful and comfy The chairs and the couches were. I am very happy with the Dr. Arooni's Dental Practice! I have had to switch dental practices from another group due to very frustrating front office / insurance claim (or lack thereof) filing issues. Dr. Arooni is a very patient provider and takes the time to give a detailed (if desired) consult on his plan of care. Dr Phil has had the "privilege" of me as a patient with several crown and root canal procedures. I use the "privilege" term as I am an EXTREME gager and there have been a couple of times I've had to have him pause his procedure to allow me to collect myself and regroup my bearing. The Dental Assistants / Hygienists have been VERY patient and cordial as my greatest anxiety are the bite-wing X-Rays or dental impressions they have had to obtain to complete my procedures. While I warn and joke with them in advance - they continue to get me through the diagnostic parts quite well! I cannot leave out the office management and front of the house staff. They are VERY encouraging and understanding of my inquiries when it comes to me wanting assurances that my claims will indeed be addressed / submitted to my insurance company as like I mentioned above - those office keeping areas are just as important and the medical care provided.
