Our driver was friendly and gave a bit of history of the island on the way to Lana'i city. We chose not to extend our trip as we had enough time for our planned excursion, but he gave us his card and instructions for how easy it would be for flexible rescheduling for extended time if we wished. He also told us about some things to do and where to go if we wanted to stay a bit longer. Overall it was a relaxing, safe, anxiety free experience on an island with very limited options! We got married on the beach in Wailea and the second we stepped out of the limo it PISSED down rain, like New York or Ireland rain. It was hard, fast and thick drops. We had forgotten our umbrellas, but Summer was so kind and had planned for this type of event and let us use three of hers. We also told her that we were planning on trashing my dress, so she put down towels for us in the limo. I also changed before I got in, yup, right on the street, it was amazing. She made what could have been a very stressful wedding beautiful and amazing. I definitely recommend this company if you are just looking for a limo for an event. I am obsessed with timeliness and worried if the limousine would be on time! There was absolutely no need for any form or reason for concern. Arriving a full 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, the gorgeous, sparkling clean limousine with our incredibly personable gentleman driver was beyond any concern or expectation! Due to this, on our largest passenger count/day requiring 6 vans, Brian had to frantically find drivers at 6:20 AM, as he missed this request (Pick-up being 7:00 AM). Thankfully, the drivers pulled through, but the coordination was unnecessarily stressful. Driver wise, the drivers were all incredible, especially Alan who helped lead the other drivers. Thankfully Yelp has the project function, and I was able to get quotes from several limousine services on the island. Booking was easy and efficient, we were able to pay online ahead of time, and we booked a stretch limo from the airport to Turtle Bay for about half the cost of the resort recommended car service. I kept it a surprise and my kids were blown away. They felt like fancy pants people in the limo! The day of pick ups, our driver Raymond had great communication and provided bottles of water for everybody. Both rides were smooth and we definitely felt first class!
