    Sales slip return policy explanation

This place sucks. They violate their own reture policy and forced me to take a gift card. They say you need the original payment method, but that's not said on their return policy. My credit card had to be shut down, so I did not have it. It is why they forced me to accept gift card. I'm telling you to stay away from this business. In the photo below, can anyone see where it says "return by the original payment method"?

Harley hop, Lancaster. Great selection of clothing, super nice staff. Typical H-D: clean store with a colorful inventory of beautiful bikes. It's always nice to land at a H-D shop when on MC rides, everyone is nice, friendly and doesn't bat an eye at helmet hair!!

My wife and I have been riding for 30+ years. We have always chosen helmets because we liked the design or that they matched my bike.(or they were cheap , Mennonite , what can I say ) Fitting consisted of picking one out that's slid easily on to our heads I have had several Arai helmets previously ,but contrary to the advice of Rob Miller at The Service Pavilion I always choose them for looks first and then tried to make them fit by changing pads, and spooning foam, etc. Spring of 2017 I finally gave in and agreed to begin helmets selection with fitting. My wife was fairly easy and wound up with a size smaller than what we would've normally purchased for her but very comfortable and not loose. I was a bit more difficult , and had some discomfort in the four head after the first fitting The discomfort was slight and would only manifest itself after riding for half an hour or more. I'm bald so it's easy to identify pressure points after taking helmet off from an extended wear Rob was patient and actually more determined than I was that we would get the perfect fit. After a couple attempts trying different pads etc. to fit my not quite oval not quite round not quite small not quite medium head we finally reached the perfect fit. I have never had a helmet that I could wear all day and not be pushing up with my shoulders,or adjusting somehow to relieve a pressure.point . I can truly ride all day without thinking about my helmet. It's an amazing experience. Thank you Rob for your extra effort in making my riding safe and comfortable As an extra bonus we managed to get uniquely matching helmets they look great with my red bike Service is definitely the keyword at The Service Pavilion Thank you Sam Beiler. Jake at Cycle Gear helped us pick out boots, chest protectors, knee and elbow protection, gloves, helmets and goggles. We got to the store late and I had no idea that we were still shopping 25 minutes after the store was closed. Jake never rushed us, he answered all our questions and made multiple trips to the back room to check for different sizes. When it was all done I spent a lot but HUNDREDS less than I thought I was going to. Huge selection, great prices and Jake was great. If my boys stay with this hobby I will definitely be going back to buy more equipment.

What makes the experience five stars though was the guy who came to help us, Dave. Super knowledgeable and friendly, even recommended some local restaurants to us--but when he heard what I was looking for, he told me that the correct helmet for me wasn't something they sold. Gave me directions to other shops, and suggestions on what to look for there. A salesman who will tell you when their products aren't the best ones for you is a salesman I really trust--absolutely huge shoutout. I didn't buy anything here, but learned exactly what I needed to. I also did some price comparison here versus online shopping--it's definitely a bit pricier, but not outrageously more pricy. It's in the solidly competitive region, with the bonus of getting to try it on for fit immediately, and walk out with the helmet you want.

Straight forward and provides customers with everything they need to get more information on their inventory. What comes as a red flag is their reaction when I decided to not go through with the purchase of a bike. At the end of the day, It was more out of budget than I wanted and I wanted to avoid making an emotional purchase for what was indeed a pristine vehicle (although sight unseen). I asked if I could have my deposit back. John was busy with a customer, however another employee started to defend how they should actually keep my deposit of $500, a deposit where I was NOT told was not refundable, had NOT signed any paperwork, nor even gave a word of commitment that I would be actually making a purchase of the vehicle. I understand the work to make a sale, but thinking about it, should this not be standard work to make a sale? It is especially not $500 dollars worth of labor, in the words of the employee that berated me for backing out and walking away from the expensive bike. He claimed that they spent time taking the bike off of listing (which I confirmed, day of, that they did not), taking pictures and sending me videos (which is still not $500 worth of labor). He basically used some backwards Mob method of bullying me, saying that "I should take this as a lesson" and proceeded to act like they were entitled to my $500. This really made me uncomfortable, and although I can very much call a chargeback on them, I just want to warn everyone of this dealership and business. They make assumptions about you for being hesitant on making a purchase, like as if you have no money... what a sad way to treat people. People, stay away from this store. Sure they have nice bikes from time to time, but they should not be treating people this way.

The first time I used Freedom Cycle, was for the 1994 low rider. I recently took the bike to another shop, thou they did what they said they would do something still wasn't right . So I decided to try Freedom Cycle I,m so glad I did . Frank and Kathy step up to the plate took my bike right in fixed the under line issue ,very fair pricing and great customer service. (Here the thing ), my bike sat for almost two months when I noticed a gas smell in the garage, no visual gas just a strong odder. I called Freedom Cycle , Kathy promptly set up appointment , I brought the bike in and Frank fix the issue for Pennies . "No ONE DOSE THAT" They make sure they go over your bike and it's road worthy. The second time I brought my 2006 Fat Boy , everything on this bike was original, Yes even the battery. Freedom Cycle , was going to put new tires change out my fluids and Yes put a new battery. Funny thing is when I went to start the bike to bring it over the battery was dead wouldn't take a jump, I called Kathy, told her my dilemma she said no problem she had a battery waiting for me. These folks are the friendliest, most eager-to-help people around (but not annoyingly so... you won't get the uncomfortable hard sell). They have a decent sized inventory, but if they don't have what you need on hand, they'll order it for you ASAP. They've got a good selection of leathers, helmets, goggles, clothes and also plenty of bike accessories. If you're a bar-brawlin', ride-all-winter, ZZ-Top-bearded biker gang member or a dentist who only rides 20 miles a weekend, you'll be comfy here. They also have a full-service Harley-only garage on site. Honestly, I like this place better than Mike's Famous. Better vibe, infinitely smaller, and it feels good to support the little guy. Give 'em your business, you'll be glad you did.
