I love this place! They're incredibly helpful and usually have what I need. I spent hours here picking their brains when I got my bike this spring. I tried on tons of helmets and got great guidance on how to size. The staff is all very knowledgable and helpful and prices are competitive. My main complaint is that they go heavy on their private label and don't stick as much variety as I'd like in some categories. What it comes down to for me are the personal touches. The staff is just so friendly and eager to help. I never feel stupid or silly asking newbie questions like I do at other local shops. Also, since there is so much out there in the bike world, I'd call first to make sure they have what you want, especially if you have a drive to get to the shop. Unless you're going for clothes or helmets. They have a great selection of both. More niche and bike-specific gear might be a good idea to call ahead for. Great customer service and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They dont try to upsell anf they are honest about everything. Prices are fair and they are willing to help you find something. I was set to take the harley class to get my license a few months back and they helped me find everything i needed. They didnt point me in the direction of the most expensive stuff either. I buy all my helmets and boots here. They have great prices and will sometimes give you a deal all you have to do is ask if they have have any sales or specials. Very helpful and friendly. They even do sewing on patches if you need some put on your vest or jacket. read more

Very professional staff. Prices are a little high for some of their product but it's too quality. The patch seamstress does a wonderful job. I bought a vest for my son for his birthday and the patch was sewn on within 15 minutes. The vest looked great. I am very pleased with this business and will return for further purchases. read more

My experience as a woman here was absolutely awful and I my father nor our mc will return to this store because of how I was treated while shopping with my husband. I went into the location for all brand new motorcycle gear for my birthday. I came in during a weekday when we went in i noticed 2 people working a female michelle and a male working with another male customer. michelle was our so called sales associate....we went in and i immediately started walking around looking for the womans jackets. the sales associate said hello standing behind a register glass case area. I told her i was there for all new riding gear and asked her were to find the jackets and she only pointed her hand and said oh all over there. my husband and i went to find them on our own. After a few minutes she did come over to ask my husband not me if he needed help. She continued to talk to my husband about what we were looking for as if i wasnt there she didnt acknowledge me one time. I asked questions but was ignored. getting really irritated at this point i said i need to start with a helmet so she took us back in to a back helmet room. and to see what she really knew and being pissed off from her low class customer service i told her i wanted to be fit for a fulmer helmet after already knowing my size i told her i wanted to see a medium fulmer helmet which they had... instead she picked up a medium scorpion and handed to me. after telling her of her mistake she proceeded to tell me that fulmer and scorpions are the same because scorpion owns fulmer........ WRONG!!!!! I gave up after being nice and really wanting new riding gear i tried to give her one more chance and said i wanted to go see if one jacket i liked would work weel with this helmet and wanted to try it back on so hse follows us out of the helmet room again fixated on my husband we went to the womans jackets and i asked her a question if you can get a custom liner made for the jacket she ignored me so then my husband stepped in and said my wife asked you a question about a jacket liner and she answered him no problem BUT STILL NOT ACKOWLEDGING ME then my husband told her oh its not my bike its my wifes i dont ride she does with her father and his mc. she then backed off and started to look like she was straitening racks then quickly skated away going back up to the counter talking about childish stuff how the store needs her and shes the princess of the store inappropriate and trashy of business. i then tried to wave her over and instead of coming over she yelled across the store asking what i need i said would you have this jacket in a large in the back again instead of coming over to even see the jacket i was talking about she yelled no. i was disgusted and left without nothing i nor my mc will be returning to this store. Im disgusted by how trashy she acted toward me its insulting. NOT A GOOD STORE FOR WOMAN !!!!!! read more
