I visited on a Tuesday at 11AM and there were only two other patients waiting in the lobby. The lobby as fairly large with plenty of seating. I visited the front counter and told the receptionist about my referral. After locating my information in their system, she gave me a couple forms to fill out. She was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Once the forms were completed, I waited approximately ten minutes before I was called back by the X-Ray technician. The X-Ray tech was nice, friendly and professional. The X-Rays were completed in about 15 minutes and I was done. A few days later, I called to have my images placed on a DVD for my doctor. The lady on the phone was nice and told me the DVD would be ready the next business day by 8AM. My experience here was pleasant and I would utilize their services again.

Journal entry: February 15th, 2024…read more First-time here at Precision Imaging... I have been plagued by chronic lower & upper intestinal and internal organ pain for @least 7 years now....... & ............ Counting, unfortunately, and that has gone undiagnosed for just as long if not longer in all truthfulness... Today's visit, is all about, confirming whether or not, there is a "Paraesophageal Hernia present in my body". My future surgeon, Dr. Antonio Coirin, MD, whom my Mother & I met earlier in this week, informed me that I did NOT have this type of Hernia, but that he'd like to have just one more diagnostic done and that was a "FLUOROSCOPY & ESOPHAGRAM", performed, outside of his office..... (Clear copy of the actual procedural Doctors order for Precision Imaging downloaded to this Yelp! review. Good News, is that they scheduled it for the very next day however, Mom & I were so exhausted from the round-trip commute to the office, and the disappointing medical news received, because, we don't reside in Modesto and the reality of the situation (was sinking in for us both) which was looking rather grim at least............................................ A little detour here now... I have photo's uploaded to this Yelp! review detailing all that I am journaling here... It just feels more complete & explanatory to me........................... This office is expansive! There are multiple long hallways that were clean and professional as was the flooring in ALL areas of this medical professional office. Nice, attractive & soothing is their choice of coloring on the walls of the hallways; welcoming ..... There is "pride" in ownership, here, and it is welcoming once you get past the "eager" ladies at the front desk............... Changing Rooms for the females (sign on the door lists it as a female-only room. As I was mentioning, this changing room where you may or may not need to remove clothing and don a gown. I had to loose the clothing but was able to keep my shoes and socks on; everything else; had to go. I'd rather keep all my clothing on but understand with "radiological procedures", the need to have ZERO metallic and/or cumbersome items not be copesetic with the diagnostics that are ordered. If your a tad-on-the-cool-side, as in body temperature you may consider wearing some heavy sock and heavy underwear. I wasn't frozen, but I was a bit chilled once the procedures began................................................. So if a male patient is looking for services here you may want to reach out to the office by phone & inquire as to that. In the end, I drank a total of 4 large containers of barium in-order to complete the Esophagram (Defined by the National Cancer Instituge (.gov) as: (ee-SAH-fuh-gram) A series of x-ray pictures of the esophagus taken after a patient drinks a liquid containing barium sulfate (a form of the silver-white metallic element barium). The barium sulfate coats and outlines the inner wall of the esophagus so that it can be seen on the x-ray pictures. & Fluoroscopy (Defined by the CDC, Centers of Disease Control, U.S.A. is: "Fluoroscopy is a medical procedure that makes a real-time video of the movements inside a part of the body by passing x-rays through the body over a period of time. X-rays are a form of ionizing radiation." The radiology staff (2 people) were professional and serious; borderlining nervous. Have clue not 1 as to why they may have potentially nervous, I am a watcher so I pay attention........ And then it was over & done with! Didn't feel nauseated from all the barium and was instructed more than once to drink plenty of water so as to not get constipated from the barium.... So far so good as today it's now 24 hours after-the-fact and besides having pretty painful cramping, diarrhea & lower bowel pain, I feel just fine. I'm being serious, I do ;)....... The parking lot is very spacious with enough empty slots for parking. We are both disabled; me and my Mother, but we didn't see many Disability Parking Slots around. That was disappointing..... I am planning on refreshing with updates this Yelp! Business Review since we have 5-weeks of DAILY Radiation to prepare for & execute to completion..... I left my hotel and headed straight there. (I left my emergency bag behind shifting my work things out of my car and back into my home before our family trip.) I was so impressed and grateful with how quickly everyone here worked to get my son the care he required. The service here was phenomenal. Within minutes of checking in, my son and I made our way back for vitals then we were in a room. Dr. Andrews and his team gave him an xray, ran a few tests, gave him a breathing treatment and sent us on our way after sending our prescription into a local pharmacy. I'm so thankful for the thorough care my son received here and can't thank everyone working for taking such great care of my little guy. Thank you, I'll never forget it.

Chairs in yhe large waiting area are large, sturdy and have arms to help in getting up and down. There is a wall-mounted TV and bathroom available in this area. I can't recall many names but during my most recent CT Chest scan, my Tech Ernie was very kind and made sure I was comfortable and had a full explanation before preceding. My safety and comfort were important to him and this made for a calm and much less stressful experience.

But everyone here is just great, they're friendly, professional and courteous, both at the front desk and the staff in back. They have gone out of their way to make the process smooth for me, making me feel as comfortable as possible. Their work is top-notch and have provided my doctors with exactly what they are looking for. Just a quick note... Don't forget to ask for a copy of your imaging on CD before you leave. I have had to come back or had to have it sent to my doctors later.

I was referred by my primary care provider to get an MRA of my brain because my family has a…read morehistory of brain aneurysms. I had previously made an appointment at a different imaging center and quickly cancelled due to my fear of feeling claustrophobic. I researched open MRI machines and found Medical Insights Diagnostics (Inview Imaging). I scheduled my appointment for a few weeks out and had it today. My appointment was at 10am and I showed up a few minutes prior. I filled out three quick forms and was taken into a changing room where I was able to store my phone, keys, wallet, etc. I was taken into the MRI room and was immediately put at ease with how roomy the open MRI is. I did not have to change into a gown for my scan and I even got to keep my shoes on. I laid down on the table and was given a cushion to go under my legs and two smaller cushions to go next to my head. I was also given ear plugs. I inquired about headphones to listen to music, but because of the scan I was having I was not able to listen to music. Since I was having a brain scan I had to wear a coil over my head, which was comparable to a football helmet. I was handed a "panic ball" that I could squeeze if I needed to be pulled out of the machine and they sent me inside. My scan lasted 20 minutes, but felt much faster. I was able to remain calm the entire time and even opened my eyes a few times. I cannot describe the relief I felt upon finishing my scan and exiting the machine. I grabbed my things, paid, and within 5 minutes I had the CD of the scan. If you have anxiety or claustrophobia I highly recommend coming here for your MRI. The open MRI is spacious and the MRI techs made me feel comfortable. I will be coming back here for any future MRIs.

Well the worker called me and advised the package I chose was for 20+ weeks. So their website is all wrong for their packages so tread lightly there. I walked in and it wreaked of cat p*ss. Bad. And being pregnant and that smell was horrible, on top I think their ac was broke because it was hot as heck in there. I was scanned for about 4 mins and they don't tell you anything at all. They don't measure the baby (maybe their protocol) and don't tell you anything aside from the gender. If you can make the trip to Sacramento I would go to little bellies. I went there a few times but figured I'd try peek a baby this time as it was closer but, I definitely won't be back. Two stars because no one was rude or anything it was just the whole setup there isn't worth the money.

Afterward, she checked in with me and mentioned that if I had lotion on, the bandage might not stick as well, but reassured me that my blood was clotting perfectly.
