Tom includes everything that you need for a new pool from the chemicals to the cleaner, even the electrical work was included and organized by Landi ( other places make you find your own electrician, which was more trouble for the customer who probably does not know what is needed for a pool) Tom is so thorough he even makes sure to set the bottom returns in cement so they do not move, other places use sand. Jennifer took care of filling and filing all necessary permits for the township which were immediately approved; Tom B who was on site many times with the guys making sure everything was running smoothly, which it did, and the guys did an excellent job!!!!!! Even if you go to another pool company, go talk to Tom, you will be sorry if you don't!

We have had a leak for months. They damaged pavers when fixing and issue on patio and still have not fixed. We have fence caps missing, and still havent gotten the rock waterfall which we had paid for. We just want our issues fixed and money back for the work not done. I would not recommend this company. This dude lied for months about the whereabouts of our pool and when it would be completed. He blamed Latham, but when you speak with a Latham representative they clear the air. A pool that was supposed to be installed in May, wasn't picked up until August. If that weren't bad enough, the install was even worse. Showed up on day one of a two day project to dig. Pool was supposed to show up later that afternoon. Pool never showed up. They didn't show back up for over a week. They then continued to dig, but still didn't bring the pool. It wasn't until their 3rd visit, 12 days later that they showed up with the pool. The pool was supposed to be outrigged with main drains and tile, which had neither. They gave the excuse that they didn't tile b/c they weren't sure about coping ... meanwhile the pool had an auto-cover which means the tile would sit up under the cover track. It took another 2 days to set the pool, another day - a week later to install the equipment; however, they only installed the filter and pump and not the salt cell and heater. Another week went by with no response ... They are really good at ghosting people. A second week passed with no response, and after the third week with no response, when we gave up and moved on. Had to hire another company to come in and finish the equipment installation and start up. Meanwhile, the pool still wasn't tiled and no main drains. We had to source tile from another distributor to have the tile installed on the pool. These guys have every excuse on the planet as to why they can't install your pool. They are chasing deposits and payments ... they take your money, and then don't show back up. From the looks of it, I'm not the only one that shares this sentiment. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with these clowns. They will take your money and you will not have a pool.
