When they started filling the pool the whole thing collapsed. To make matters worse the company went bankrupt the next day and opened under a new name. After speaking with a few pool dealers about a new pool, my main concern was that the pool would never collapse again. Scott showed me a hard wall product that has reinforced sides sent in cement. He took the time to explain how the construction of it works & sold me on the idea. 15 years later over the winter my 10 year liner gave up. (next time I'll replace it in 10 years instead of waiting) Not sure how long the water level was less than half but when I pulled the security cover off, the pool walls did not move. Contacted Diamond Pools & they were here in few days to install the new liner I picked out. Thanks for the great install & products when you installed my pool!! The "new" pump died after a month. I spent weeks trying to get them here to help, but nothing. It took legal action to get them to order a new pump. They left it on my front porch, and didn't even bother knocking to tell me it was there. I ended up installing it in about 10 minutes. WORST POOL SERVICE EVER!!! Go anywhere else!!!
