They remember my name, every time, and little details about me I might have mentioned in passing years ago. They take the time to take care of their customers. They recently helped me with wiper blades, of all things, and did so on the day I called, brought me in right away, and took care of my issue all without making me feel stupid. I have been a customer of Landis Garage for quite a few years and have been very impressed with the service & quality of work on my vehicles.A few years ago, my 1998 Acura TL suffered 2 broken motor mounts and a cracked exhaust manifold. The parts were only available at the dealer & all special order.Book time called for about 22-24hrs for the entire job. Bob quoted me about 3,800 dollars for the work and encouraged me to inquire elsewhere for quotes and his estimate was within all other quotes.Three days later when i picked up my car, to my astonishment, Bob had reduced my bill by nearly $800.00 dollars. He found a part out west much cheaper and also knocked 6 hours off the called for book time. I am very pleased with the extra mile they go for me & my family.
