We were thrilled when we first discovered Daddario. At that time, we really trusted them…read more However, over the past year, it's been negative experience after negative experience. With them missing or forgetting to do what we needed. Their resolution is "we will get that next time." Not just once or twice. At least the last 5 visits. Most recently we had a car inspection. Needed an oil change but they didn't notice, and didn't offer. Decided to take that car to dealership who happens to be on the same block as Daddario but much easier to get in and out of, plus the dealership is open on Saturdays. Anyway, we go in for an oil change and the mechanic noticed a hole in the tire. A dangerous hole that could cause a blow out on the highway. How did Daddario miss this in inspection? The car had recently hit a bad pothole in neighborhood, left behind by utility company. The inspection was immediately after that incident. I feel like Daddario is in too much of a rush or their mechanics are lazy. They've lost our business. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1, is because the guys on the phone and at the desk are friendly. But, yet no accountability for missing and forgetting things.

It's not always easy to find quality mechanics, especially ones who know BMWs, so I'll be going there again when I need to. The mechanic also looked over my car and let me know about any concerns. They originally asked if I could drop my car off for the day but when I asked for a specific time and said I'd like to wait, they gave me a time and called me as soon as it was ready about an hour and a half later (just as they had estimated).

Recently, I had taken my car to a dealership for an issue that I thought might require their…read moreexpertise. It turned out my car's rear differential needed to be replaced. The dealership quoted a pretty high price because they were going to purchase new manufactured parts. My car is old. I called Warner's as they have dealt with my car in the past. Jeff shared that he could do the repairs at half the cost by simply replacing the rear differential with a slightly used differential. I was ok with this because the car has over 135,000 miles on it. He replaced the part which came with a warranty. Unfortunately, the differential he was given was also bad. Jeff honored the warranty and replaced the differential again. I knew that this meant he was doing work on my car on his time and dollar. The second replacement has been working beautifully. My car has not sounded nor run this well in the last 2 years! I will continue to trust Jeff and ask questions of him for all future repairs! Warner Holdings is an upstanding business!

Took my Jeep in for a very small coolant leak…read more After putting in on the lift the Service Manager told me it needed a new thermostat and housing - $389.00, installed. I took it to another mechanic (recommended by a friend). After putting it on the lift, the Service Manager told me the lower hose clamp was tightened. Problem solved; no charge. The Service Manager asked me who told me I needed a new thermostat and housing. He rolled his eyes and chuckled when I said Meineke in East Petersburg.

Drive there and was told I would need an appointment and they were booking for next week. Sigh. Called Mike's and they told me to come in.
