    Beer Flight
    Nicole H.

Hadn't been here in a few years and was happy to see it was still around. On a Friday, was able to get a seat at a table, and there was a food truck on site. Was a little disappointed in the beers. We did a flight and the flavor wasn't great. Peeled - this is a cucumber sour and is pretty mild on the sour scale which I appreciate but the cucumber flavor was definitely lacking for both of us. Party Down - was most looking forward to this one and it was decent, I'd order it again, but again, lacking in flavor, personally. Fed Rez - was better as you drank more of it, but as my friend said "it tastes like water." Bummer. Eagle Eye - Cherry sour - again a subtle sour. Overall, each one was very subtle in flavor. Not sure I would go out of my way to come back, but I do like the space, so would maybe come back once other beers are released?

Went here on 5/26/24. Have been here in many years. Great atmosphere. A couple of televisions. Decent size patio. Bartenders were very friendly and attentive. Tried the hoppy saison, hazy ipa, Pilsner and amber. All the beers were really good. Lots of flavor. Definitely recommend this place. Check their website for food truck options. They have a couple pinball machines. Cheers!

This was our first time here. How or why, I am not sure ha but we enjoyed it. We came on Super Bowl Sunday after walking the Platt with our pup so it was quiet. We ordered a couple flights and then followed it up with the Grenade hazy. Pretty decent size space with a patio and garage doors that offer a nice breeze throughout the brewery. We love any place our dog can go with us. Slainté!

Large parking lot so parking is not an issue and there was an event going on ~ Pints 4 Purple which was really cool. It was to support the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation. You seat yourself and then order at the bar and the wait isn't too long. Friendly staff but it was a little chaotic. Guava Dammit - This is a kettle sour and you can definitely tell it's a sour from the smell. The sour is the first thing you taste and it's not an overpowering sour. It does kind of develop into a guava but there is a bitterness at the end. Sythe Harvest - the pumkin smell isn't overwhelming and it's got a great pumpkin flavor with a very well balanced profile of the vanilla Linda - this wasn't on the menu but is apparently the blackberry version of the Beerly Beloved [with raspberries]. You can definitely get the smell of the blackberries and it foes have a strong wheat finish. Very light and an interesting color. Squirrel Stash - has a strong nutty smell and you get hints of malt at the beginning that develops into a nutty flavor at the middle and end. It kind of lingers. Flight was ~$10 but I enjoyed it overall. I love that the place is dog friendly and there is outdoor seating. They serve food but also have a food truck. Looked like a good menu but this time we only came for the beer.

Nice brewery. Diverse beers. The dark ones were pretty fun. The coffee one tastes straight up like cold brew coffee! During Covid they have a bunch of tables outside. It's cute, and the inside is nice as well. High and low tops. Friendly staff and pretty quick service. Flights come in a lil wooden boat of 4. Coffee one tasted just like cold brew coffee. Squirrel one was SUPER yummy and interesting. The Porter was nice and rich. The 4th was rich and toasty. They also had a food truck when I was there. I ordered on my phone and the chef brought the food right to me when it was ready.

    Flight +1 ~ because 4 wasn't enough

First time in _finally_!!!! I have wanted to stop since they opened. Glad I chose this snowy, cold, Denver Sunday to come in. Never mind that the Broncos blew a lead with the Colts, the beer was great and that is all that matters. Sampled 6 and would sample the rest if I could ~ quality brewing here and the ambiance is perfect. Keeping things lively with events and live music is a nice thing to see...and I really need to make more of an effort to get over here more often!! Dog friendly is another huge plus ~ good snack menu, pizza, ice cream and non-beer beverages as well.

Nice, local low key place. Nice selection of beers brewed at location and on tap. Large soft pretzel is a bonus.

Good beers. Good Service. Good times. Came in on a Sunday for the game, the bar tender was chill and I really dug that hazy and the lager.

They know how to cater to deaf customers. Their bingo game was fun. Kudos. I'll be back the next time.

There was a very nice lady slinging beers behind the bar, and a lady grilling various sausages (hot dogs, red hots, Polish, bratwursts etc.) on the back patio. After ordering sausages for my wife, myself and our 65 pound, 7 month old puppy, the lady grilling commented that the pup still looked hungry and brought him a second hot dog free of charge! The back east side patio and the "Beer Barn" on the south side are dog friendly. A very sweet lady and her wife came out to meet and pet our pup. The whole experience was enjoyable on a hot late June afternoon. I don't often get to this part of town, but will make this terrific establishment a destination and make sure we visit again.

This location is only about ten minutes from downtown Denver, and is located in an industrial park area, with plenty of parking. When you walk in, it's as if you're transported to a whole different place, with a great retro vibe, checkered floor, and plenty of car memorabilia everywhere. They even had Barrett Jackson playing on the tv. The beer tender was lovely, asked what we were interested in, and offered to pour us samples before we committed to beers. I had the cherry sour (great with the chocolate covered cherries scattered around for Valentine's Day), and two different stouts (one of which was 16%!) We were very impressed with the amount of beers, along with the flavors, and very friendly, great service. We will absolutely be back...maybe for a comedy night!!

I really like their inside and outside murals. When we went to order, Stephen Monahan introduced himself to us, as he was manning the bar at the moment. He is the head brewer/owner. My husband commented on them having a Roggenbier. Rye beers are not often something we find on taplists. This one, Roggen Roll Dude!, had a sweet that balanced the bitter of the rye. It was a collab between Monolith and Alley Brews. I enjoyed their German Helles Lager, EO's Dream. Solid, to style and refreshing. We like to also do tasters and discuss, so we got a taster of Nanner Nutz, a Peanut Butter Banana Stout; Vorpal Blade, Roasted Jalapeno/Serrano Ale and Lord of the Links, Smoked Sausage Stout and a collab with A Bit Twisted Brewpub. All were unique and fun to try. This is a worthy stop for some fun brews.

There were a couple dozen people participating in a sushi making class, which we thought was a very interesting and entertaining activity for a brewpub. Customers came over and greeted our little puppy and told us how cute they thought he was. A very pleasant trip to the pub all around. We'll head back for another visit the next time we're in the area.
