    LPH Mini Burgers
    Diane D.

First visit to this pub around 6pm on a Friday night. Parking was challenging. Place was packed at the bar and a birthday party was occupying nearly all but the high tops. We were seated promptly and served our drinks quickly. Food order placement was a little bumpy but everything worked out well. We opted to have all of the food come out as it was ready. We ordered one of the signature bar pizzas which came out quickly with a perfect rim of char around the edges. Fried chicken Caesar sandwich was a hit and was served with impressively crispy fries. Fries could have done with a touch of salt but no shaker on the table and we dispatched them before we could get around to asking. Steak tip entree was cooked nicely and the meat had clearly been marinated and was very flavorful. Mini burgers were larger than expected - bigger than sliders - and were perfectly cooked and very satisfying. I find sliders are often cooked to death and this was a pleasant surprise. Greek salad was generous and ticked all the boxes. Wings we ordered were left off and not missed-we were stuffed! Atmosphere was loud and the place was busy but not at capacity, so be prepared to speak loudly to converse. We will definitely be back to try some more menu items as everything we had was delicious! I need to figure out where I might park for free. We paid almost $10 for a spot hero reservation so we didn't circle around forever or park many blocks away.

Was nervous to try out this place as it didn't have the best views. However we still did! We got the cold brew espresso martini and strawberry margarita which were both good prices $13 ish each. They had weekly specials even on the weekends and we got the app platter which was $15 and came with 4 ravioli, 4 chicken tenders and 4 potato skins. The servers were all very friendly. The bartenders were fast! Great place to watch a game. Can't wait to come back and try more!

This was a great place to BEGIN the nights shenanigans. Started with apps and pretty great Sangria. Steak and cheese potato skins (yup you read that right) and the pretzel bites (yum) little chicken to consider it 'dinner' mixed in. The staff was very pleasant and the service was super quick. What I liked the most was the place was packed and good music played. AND you could still have a conversation with the person sitting across the table without telling! It was very nice.

My first ever Pickle Pizza. About damn time.

UPDATE: It's been almost 3 months and we decided to give Landmark another shot... well my wife did. She thought the pizzas looked good so we went back for a drink, a couple apps, and some pie. What a turnaround from opening weekend. We started with buffalo chicken rangoons and warm pretzel bites - both were delish. Our server was super nice and attentive. My Moscow Mule was great. We ordered a couple pizzas for the fam including a half pickle pizza. Yes a freaking PICKLE PIZZA. My kids and pregnant women around the world are hearing the Hallelujah Chorus. And it was actually good! The pizzas WERE great. Tony, the manager, came by and checked on us - making sure everything was alright and he was a great guy - super friendly and added to the vibe in the place. The only thing that wasn't great was dessert. It took for-ever to come out. But all in all, no big deal. I'm happy to update my review, swallow my judginess, and report that we're psyched their so close to home and will be back frequently. PS - Tony told us on the way out that they're adding Sunday Brunch and will add lunch as soon as they're ready to do it and do it right. Delivery is coming too. Great stuff.

What we got: - Gnocco fritto - Bruschetta - Arancini - Orecchiette - Bolognese - Sausage and lentils - Chicken parm - Skillet chicken - Radicchio salad We had high hopes, but besides the apps, everything was disappointing. How can you call yourself an Italian restaurant but not cook pasta correctly? The pasta for the Orecchiette, Chicken Parm, and Bolognese were all VERY overcooked. The pasta for the Bolognese was basically mush. We actually sent that dish back and came back just as overcooked. They need to figure out how to cook pasta. Service was also bad. Our apps and mains came out at different times. Water glasses went unfilled, and I had to go find salt and pepper on my own. Also, there were two employees, maybe a manager and kitchen staff, who were sitting at a table next to us doing event planning while talking on the phone on speakerphone. It really ruined the vibe. Slim chance we will go back. Very disappointing.

There weren't many options for someone with dietary restrictions like me. The cocktails were not my favorite, but if you're into something a little more bitter, you should be fine. The Arancini was amazing! Not sure that I tasted squash, it almost tasted like a mac & cheese. Nonetheless, it was very good. The shrimp risotto was nice. The rice was very thick, but I would have it again. The chicken Parm was also very cute. Not too much sauce, which was perfect. I'd be interested to go back as the menu changes.

We were quickly seated and ordered some drinks. Our waitress was solid. She knew the menu and was on top of things from the start! We started with some drinks and mozzarella sticks (see pic). They were top notch delicious! The only issue was the number of sticks...only 4 but they were good! We then ordered our main dish. Again, the service was great and the wide amount of choices on the menu was fantastic. I had a BBQ chicken dinner with fries. We ordered two fish tacos and a chipotle turkey sandwich with some sides! BBQ Chicken- great taste and perfectly cooked Turkey Sandwich- just the right amount of sauce and fresh! Fish tacos- big and tasty! While we waited, we all realized how loud the music was. It was not terrible but it was louder than we were use to. Especially for a Sunday afternoon. Probably Sirius XM as the category was all the same and no stoppage! We were seated right away at a table in the middle of the floor. Told that was best that could be done. Like eating in an aisle. After a few minutes we were asked if we wanted still water or not. Still, we said. Then if we wanted drinks, told her water would be fine. Service started to decline from there. Also no condiments come to the table, but water. We ordered bread and butter and a spice bag, but vegetarian. No bread today ran out. And no plans to bake anymore. We wait close to 25 minutes for our appetizers. Spice bag arrives and I had read rave reviews about this. Open it and its filled with chicken and french fries. Server grabbed it and told us, kitchen error. They would make another, be there in a minute or two. I asked would this show up with our entrees. No, be spaced apart. We waited over 15 minutes, it arrived. Was supposed to have cauliflower, peppers, onions and french fries. There was three pieces of cauliflower and no peppers or onions. What was there was tasty and well spiced. And as soon as we opened the bag and started eating, entrees show up. Fish and chips portions are huge and very nicely fried. Excellent crisp and fantastic steak fries. The Pizza #1, excellent tomatoed base and the crust had a good chew to it. I ordered the Beyond meat lasagna. Huge portion with a green salad and cole slaw. Cole slaw was creamy and very nice. Green salad was fresh but drenched in dressing. My fault should have asked for it on the side. The lasagna was disappointing. No seasoning, no garlic or onions or oregano. It was, I think a British version of lasagna. Ate about half could not eat more. No desserts, but drinks, tea and hot chocolate. Or I did not see it. Server apologized for the timing of the meals, the error with the Spice Bag and the lack of bread. She was sweet. Lots of sports being broadcasted, and a huge long bar. I would come for beer and soccer or football. If I wanted Irish bar food I'd be better going to the Burren. And parking is a challenge. They have a very small lot, we got lucky and found a spot. Hard pass on McGonagle's.

Overall nothing special. - Basket O' Fries - $8 (for the classic style) - Flavor wise, this was something we weren't expecting. We had assumed that it would be plain fries, but for some reason it tasted as though it was dusted with a Cajun seasoning. While the fries themselves were nice and crispy, we were not fans of the seasoning (there's no mention of it in the description). Be warned if you're expecting plain fries. Not sure if it was supposed to come like this or not. - "Hell Yeah" Burger - $22 - This was what I came here for and once again (there's a theme here), it wasn't quite what I was expecting. The burger itself was pretty good as it was two 4 oz patties smashed and went well with the other ingredients. The thing that was unexpected was the patties being marinated in a whisky marinade. If you love the flavor of whisky, then this will definitely be for you as I did taste a hint of it in the burger. Unfortunately for me, I enjoy the flavor of beef in a good burger and the marinade masked a lot of it. I do wish there was an option to get patties that aren't marinated. - Nashville Hot Chicken - $16 - A pretty good fried chicken sandwich.
