We made reservations a few hours ahead on a Saturday afternoon. They held two tables for us which was really gracious. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the buffalo dip for the table and everyone enjoyed. I also had a brunch bowl with hash, eggs and potatoes. It was good but I really like my daughter's entree better. So much seating and the inside was air conditioned but we chose to sit out on the patio which was beautifully decorated and surprisingly tolerable for 80 degree weather. They had a ton of drink and lunch options to choose from, which all looked pretty yummy. -Italian Egg rolls for the app: generous portion, too spicy for me (but I'm a baby) -Boyfriend got the grilled chicken sandwich: he loved it 10/10, generous portion, fries were actually hot -I got the steak and avocado bowl and was disappointed. I asked for medium I received very well done. The peppers were kind of soggy-I wish they could have either been warm or crispy. Pro was that they give you a whole avocado which I loved. This review is solely based on the food, our server, Malika, was amazing. We got the buffalo chicken dip, the dip itself was okay (not that gooey/warm - clumpy) and the chips were very stale. The fries were standard fries, nothing extraordinary, but if you get the truffle fries, those were yummy. I got the grilled chicken sandwich, I thought the flavor was good, but it was pretty salty. People liked their smash burgers, I thought they were salty as well. I don't think I would go again because nothing on the menu really made me want to come back, but I think it's a nice place for drinks. read more

The vegetarian healthy burger was quite tasty and blows most veggie burgers out of the water. Warning it has a bit of spice to it but the avocado and cheese really balances it out. Arrive early to grab a seat--by the time we left at 11 a.m. on a Saturday, the restaurant was already 90% full! The holiday decor added a festive touch, and the space is both beautiful and spacious. Parking is limited, and nearby business lots are off-limits, so plan accordingly. Our server was great--fun and patient with the two kids. They enjoyed a decent kids' menu and were given crayons and an activity sheet to keep them entertained. Don't miss the "Reese's Pieces Iced Coffee," topped with chocolate whipped cream and Reese's Pieces--it's a must-try! Second time here. First time was before COVID and I had come in for brunch. I remember then that both the service and food were good. This time was even better. The environment itself is both relaxing and upbeat. We were greeted and sat by a funny and pleasant gentleman. Both he and our sever checked on us throughout our long stay to assure we were comfortable. Our main courses were excellent. The Lucy Burger was requested medium rare and came out PERFECT, something I'm finding is becoming a rarity. It's a huge burger and can be shared. The quesadilla was deliciously smokey. Sadly I've tried to consistently come back 3 more times and it's been so disappointing. It's a super popular spot to the locals and it's always packed. Thankfully wait times have never been too terrible like 30-40 min waits. Everything we got was so bland. The in yo face breakfast sandwich itself wasn't too bad because I enjoyed the natural flavor of things and the buns were super soft but again no additional flavor even though it was supposed to have aioli. For my boyfriend's bowl, it was literally 90% potato with some bits of bacon and Brussel. They also didn't even ask how the egg would be cooked. It was over hard. I took a group of friends here for my birthday brunch. I was looking for a good Saturday brunch and have been here in the past, and always enjoyed the food. It has a good reputation, so I decided to give the brunch a try. We had six people in my party and everybody raved about their meals. We started with appetizers and got the egg rolls as well as the French toast sticks. My friend said she would drive an hour from her house to eat the French toast sticks again. I got the country Benny, another friend got the chicken and waffles, another friend got the goddess salad, and I don't remember the other meals, but everybody was really happy. Their service was great. They got us in quickly and out on time for a show that we were headed to. Came in January 2026 for the first time. This place is massive inside with good ambience. Somewhat loud, but we came on a Friday night so it's was ok; we could still have a conversation at our table. Service was ok. The waitress wasn't interactive but the food and drinks came out in good time, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. The food quality here is terrible. My wife ordered the salmon with risotto. The salmon was way overcooked and the risotto was bland at best. I ordered the cheesesteak bomb with fries. The meat on the cheesesteak (which is a ground meat, not thinly sliced beef as expected) had an off putting taste and smell and I did not take more than one bite. Waitress did not ask why she was throwing away my entire entree at the end and I didn't make it a big deal. Will not be back and don't recommend. read more

Good food. Spacious and clean establishment. Timing of food order to table is good. Waitress was in constant communication throughout the dining experience. Good environment for sport watchers. Plenty of tables (high tops and low). Best for groups of 4 or less. Weekends are extremely busy so seating 2 people can be anywhere from a 15-40 min wait. Unfortunately these next mentions hinder the total experience. Parking is terrible. The parking lot is shared with a bank and a nail salon. So what would look like a crowded bar is just a crowded lot for all 3 businesses which sit on a corner block. Additionally, the nail sail is open on Sundays, so they benefit from those who do find a parking spot but those wanting brunch before 3pm are at a disadvantage. If you do manage to get lucky and park, the interior of Lucy's is so loud, you won't be able to hear your friend who joined you. I've attended on a weekday and on a weekend and you have to yell in order for the person across from you to hear you. So imagine...with a large establishment, and everyone is yelling just to have a conversation on top of and because of the very loud music, this makes for an extremely loud venue. When the waitresses and bartender have to lean in close to hear your order, that's loud. If they turned the music down about 10 decibels, it would make for a much more enjoyable experience. read more

Saw "managers" floating around the floor with iPad devices but obviously not in tune with the real flow of the customers and servers. Our server did not seem to have many tables but we never got much attention. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks. The back up servers brought our food out in a decent amount of time though. We couldn't get our server to clear our plates so we could ask for a check for at least 15 minutes. Always have to wonder why a restaurant has to have bouncers at the door at 7pm as well. Confession: I've been avoiding this place as previous experiences have been less than stellar. However, my most recent visit changed my mind! My husband and I came here because the friends we were with wanted to come here. We just wanted a little bit of food to pick on while we had some drinks and watched a sports game. We all shared the nachos and mac & cheese, and let me tell you, it was one of the best nachos and mac & cheese I've ever had! We added pulled pork to both, which I think made the dish - so tender and flavorful, I couldn't get enough. The nachos were perfect - served on a sheet pan (as they should be!) so the toppings were spread over every bite.
