Busy Sunday. I called at time of opening (12pm) requesting acrylic fill for 12:30 PM. Christine was and to take care of me and did a great job. I'm grateful they were able to squeeze me in to their busy Sunday schedule since I was overdue for a fill. Speedy, clean service. I had an acrylic fill with gel polish and accent color (gold glitter) on ring fingers with ballerina shape for $35 plus $10 tip. I'm pleased with how they turned out. This was the first nail salon I've been to that has clients attest to no Covid symptoms paperwork to be filled out at time of checkin. It's a nice touch to try and deter others who are sick or around others sick to self identify. Businesses do have to find ways to protect themselves. I don't see a lot of code enforcement in this area so just some thing to note that this business was taking additional steps. read more

**IF YOU'RE WANTING TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH "JEREMY", PLEASE READ THIS** I took my little sister and her friend here to get their nails done. The first issue we had is that they both had an appointment with a man named Jeremy who wasn't there when they showed up. Instead of explaining, they just put them with random techs. They made my sister's friend pay BEFORE she got her nails done. Then, when my sister showed her nail tech what she wanted in terms of colors, she was told "no." Then, the lady asked her about length and did the nails way shorter than what my sister asked for. The nails look nothing like the photo my sister showed the nail tech AT ALL. The shape is inconsistent, the line work is so messy, and her nails are super thin and flat. Her friend got a pedicure and her toes bled. And apparently, you have to pay to get your nails redone if they do them badly are wrong? That makes no sense because, after seeing how my sisters nails turned out, I wouldn't want anyone there to touch my nails again. When asked for a refund, the tech proceeded to lie and say that my sister changed her mind about what she wanted when she found out how much it would cost. She also revealed that Jeremy does not actually work at the shop...so whose photos do they have posted on Yelp?? They only gave a partial refund of $20 on a set that cost $70+. Christine gets my nails right EVERYTIME! I ask her for what I want and she executes! I am extremely picky and a stickler when it comes to my nails. The foundation of the acrylic has to be done right along with the polish application. Blotchy jobs will make you lose me as a customer. But anyways back to my review. This place can get busy at times but the folks here are always patient and understanding. I call in advance to set my appointments as they tend to get really busy. When it comes to pedicures I don't have a favorite technician until today. I met Sabeen (hopefully I spelled it right). Let me start by saying I'm very picky with my nails so when i had to start looking for a new nail technician because mine moved I've gone to a few places and read their reviews and usually try out the technicians you all recommend. Christine was highly recommended here on yelp (thanks all!) and she didn't disappoint! I love my ombré full set and the length included in the price was longer than most places so that's a plus! The salon has a nice clean modern ambiance. I wasn't offered any complimentary drinks as I've read others have been but that's ok the price is a bit cheaper than other nearby places so that's fine. I had to remove gel but after the soaking process the lady used the electric file which is very harsh for natural nails!!! So now my natural nail is thinned out. Also the nail tech kept pushing me to do gel or sns over and over. I said no numerous times. Ugh I really wanted to like this place but I just can't. Also they are dirty. Nail dust is everywhere and the table I sat at had other people's nail clippings on a towel and she used the same towel on me. It was disgusting. Towels on the floor and even their hot white towels used had dirt stains. I guess they dont know what Clorox is. This place was huge for its deserted location. his place is very clean and organized. Instead of having a ring of colors thrust at me, as I soak off my nails, they had organized baskets (about six that I saw) that contained ALL the colors. I was given this basket while waiting for my tech (about 5 minutes, on a Sunday afternoon, as a walk in). The place was very clean, for once, the same tech did my manicure and pedicure. I opted for the $5 VIP room, where I was encouraged to just lay my head back and close my eyes. The massage chair even wrapped around my arms, hands, and necks. My feet are super soft, and way more time was taken with my service than at other salons. Helen helped me, and I'll be back and asking for her. My gel take off toes, gel manicure and pedicure, and eye brow wax, ran me like $82 pre-tip. Each service had it's own section, so no gross wax being drug over to my pedicure chair. I really like this place. My sister normally goes here and we went one Friday night for manicures. It's a huge salon and the prices are reasonable. Although we finished late, I had a very good experience. My sister goes to Christina only and I went to her husband. He's really funny and did a fantastic job. The salon is named after his nephew, Landon, who was at the salon. They served us this complimentary strawberry wine and it's good. Again, I enjoyed getting to know Christina's husband and his culture that I didn't realize the time. I came to this nail salon a little less than two weeks ago . The first time I arrived I got a regular polish pedicure and manicure . I asked if I should get gel on my hands the first time and was told no because of the color. Once I was finished I had to dry and I asked to double check and make sure the polish was dry and was told yes by the man at the front. As I leave ofc my nail gets smudged so I go back in and get it fixed with no problems . Hours later my nails on both my hands and feet are smudged ... now maybe it was the extra layers of polish needed to achieve this color idk . So the next day I go back to the salon to get Gel Polish for the extra $15 . I basically did that for no reason because within the week , my nails looked like this ... I don't do any hard labor or work with my hands so there is no reason for this except paint air bubbles and peeling . I read the reviews others posted and I think that to get the best experience you should have a mail tech you feel comfortable with and trust. I was very fortunate on my first visit. I tried the at home gel nails and made a mess of my nails so on a whim and with a lot of embarrassment I went into this nail salon and asked for someone to please help! I was matched up with Katherine she was so professional and non judgmental. I had a pedicure and manicure (gel nails). It was the most enjoyable nail experience I've ever had. My boyfriend booked a visit to Landon nails for a mani and pedi on first day in Georgia . I must say I was so amazed with this salon, we were greeted the moment we arrived and led straight back to the VIP room. Let me first start by saying I'm from California and I've been to some very nice salons in San Francisco that I thought were about as good as you could get..... I was WRONG ! The chairs in the VIP room even massage your arms. They use good quality products and as another review stated they truly take there time , and really do offer refreshments the whole time you are there! The manager (don't remember his name) quoted me 1 price, but when the technician completed the job, he insist that he did not quote me this amount. He was inflexible and very unprofessional, in fact, he simply dismissed me. I gave him my payment, because I did not want to create a scene. It was clear that this was unimportant to him. I was very pleased with the technician, but I am unimpressed and disappointed with the manager/management. I had seen a sign about a grand opening a few weeks ago. So when a friend asked to go get our nails done, I knew where to go. The salon was spotless and the staff were very friendly from the beginning to the end. The service was great too. Even though they were super busy and a little slow.
