Our wedding was on 7/12/2026 and it was absolutely amazing!! We got lucky and had a perfect sunny day, with a little breeze coming from the ocean. The venue itself is beyond gorgeous, especially the grounds, the water view and the little bunnies running around. We also had our ceremony here on the beach which was very beautiful too. The food was also amazing! Everyone raved about the food from start to finish! If you choose to have your wedding here i would also recommend to do the hour afterparty in their cordial room. We truly did not want the night to end, that's how awesome it was. The bridal suite was also very cute with a balcony where we got to take cute pictures with my bridesmaids. Shout out to Jennifer the manager who was so helpful every step of the way! and shout out to our maitre'd Ceasar who was also very helpful. The waitstaff and bartenders were great as well. This venue was seriously perfect. Been to a lot of weddings on the island and this place, from the service, to the view, to the food, to the bar service, to things as simple as the bathrooms, just perfection. Came to a wedding here in July and had another this September. July was a day wedding, ceremony at 11, arrived at 10:30 for welcome drinks, had a quick but beautiful ceremony right on the water. Ferries were leaving as the bridesmaids were walking down the aisle, people on the ferry were cheering, it was just magical. The cocktail hour was amazing, I couldn't believe how many food stations there were. The raw bar was MONEY. The lobster, clams, shrimp cocktail, everything was fresh and plentiful and YUM. They had an omelette station, baked potato station, pasta station, I mean you name it they had it. There was so much outdoor and indoor space to roam around, grab a chair and enjoy. I loved that there were so many different areas to hang out during cocktail hour, including a boardwalk to the water, a few tables and chairs overlooking the water on the beach, amazing. The filet mignon was the best steak I have ever had in my life, my life. The bartenders were friendly and fast, the bathrooms were HUGE, they probably had eight individual stalls for the ladies, huge counter space near the sinks. The dance floor was big, they had a back room where they served dessert and coffee drinks. Staff was constantly coming around to the tables refilling waters, clearing silverware, etc. The wedding I had in September was at night, same kind of experience. Got the filet mignon again because I remembered it being so good the last time and low and behold, still phenomenal. We had a fundraiser for one of the NYS Senators at the Land's End Caterers in Sayville, NY. This restaurant is tucked away on the south shore of Long Isand right on the water. The hall can hold approximately 250 people without being crowded. The views from the windows are breathtaking especially at sunset. The wait service was excellent during the cocktail hour with a variety of hot and cold appetizers. They had a buffet that made our mouths water. Again a wide variety of pasta, fish and sirloin with a carving station. The vegetables were great. The food was excellent and many people went back for seconds. We had bag pipes and several speakers. The PA system was perfect and everyone could hear all the speakers. I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. Every one was trained to make the customers happy. Land's End Waterfront Catering - We got engaged in early August 2020 and booked Land's End later that month. We were in between Land's End vs. Bridgeview. At the end of the day, my husband had a better feeling with the vibes at Land's End and we booked for the Saturday evening. Our original coordinator left and we ended up working with Amanda and she was AMAZING! Super responsive, kind and always kept us up to date on what we needed to do/know. We were below minimum at the final guest count and we were able to get a few things thrown in which we were super appreciative about! Amanda also had table numbers, easels, and stands that we were able to use for our wedding! The venue itself was perfect. I couldn't believe how much food we got for cocktail hour that was included in the base price. We had 4 stations (pasta, america, spanish and a mojito bar) and tons of passed apps. The food was to DIE for and all our guests were raving how great the food was.  The staff was so attentive throughout the whole night. Each table had their own server so they could order drinks from the table without having to wait in line at the bar. The bridal attendant, Kim, was amazing from start to finish. Cesar the matrie'd was great as well as he made sure everything ran smoothly. Our combo course and main course were delicious. We picked the duck salad as a combo course and most people  don't really eat duck but tried it and loved it. We were served all 4 of our main courses. options at dinner! We only ate a little but the best part was they packed up all our meals so we could take it home! The amount of food we left the venue was insane. The Land's End is a very special place. Unfortunately, we had to set back our wedding a year because of the pandemic. We were 3 months away from the original wedding date when we had to reschedule, we knew this was for the best, but we were nervous of how accommodating the venue would be. We were always in contact with Jennifer the general manager so when we had to make all the changes, she was there every step of the way reassuring us that they would work with us with whatever it had to be. This made the process as smooth as it could be and eased our anxieties. She is a remarkable person and is very talented in curating weddings. My son just had his wedding ceremony, reception and "after party" at Land's End Waterfront Catering. I cannot possibly recommend this venue enough. I do not believe there is a better place to get married on all of Long Island. The staff was incredible from the very start, particularly Mary Rahn and Carly at their hotel who fielded near-constant inquiries from my wife beginning 2 years prior to the event. Their concern and attention to detail were very steadying and most appreciated. They positioned gift bags, facilitated early check-ins and were just all-around awesome to work with. Insider tip - book all their rooms when you book your event. It is across the parking lot from the catering hall, offers spacious (as well as impeccably clean) updated rooms and was a great spot for our very casual after party in the "courtyard". As for the ceremony and reception - breathtaking waterfront views, beautiful rooms (to include bridal and groom suites) and outstanding service from the entirety of the staff. The consensus from the guests/family that offered feedback was this was the best wedding they had ever been to. If I could give more than 5 stars, I honestly would. We held our wedding at Land's End, after postponing from 2020 to 2021. The feedback we got from our guests is just an endless thread praising the amazing food and outstanding service Land's End provided. The food! OMG the food! I may be biased since I was the bride lol but one of the best event meals I've ever had. My mother is still raving about the risotto! We even had people ask what bakery we used for the cake (Audrey's Fine Baked Goods in West Sayville - partner of the venue). They re-did the bridal suite, so our group of a dozen women and 4 HMU artists fit nicely. They provided a bridal assistant from the moment we set foot in the door to the moment we left. They set everything up exactly as asked, returned everything to us in perfect condition. The venue itself is gorgeous! Rain and cold weather meant our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour had to be moved indoors, but it didn't matter - the indoors is just as beautiful as the outdoors! Plus they put a rug runner down for the ceremony so we still got to do our bubble machine!! I am 51 and have been to many weddings and other milestone events in my life. This was one of the very best celebrations that we have ever been to. The wedding that comes close was 23 years ago at one of their sister properties, Flowerfields in St. James.. From the moment that we arrived, it was a picture perfect day and night. Now realize that the weather on Sat. June 13 th was spectacular...86 degrees, but by the water it was dry and cool, the evening got even a bit chilly.It was clear, with blue skies and brilliant sunshine and no humidity. This really was a very important factor. Had it been 95 and humid or pouring rain, it may not have seemed so magical. Recently renovated, every inch indoors and out was spotless and modern. The grounds were manicured and dotted with flowers, shrubs and a carpet of green grass against a blue sea. The service was held facing the water, with ferry boats heading to Fire Island gracefully sailing by. It was picture perfect. We were blown away by the cocktail hour. A beautiful ice luge with a many different vodkas and a caviar bar. every type of cocktail food imaginable at different stations inside and out. Plenty of seating which is important because often at cocktail hour seating is limited.. But the part that was most spectacular was the seafood station...an abundance of crab legs, shrimp, raw clams and oyster shooters. Even when the cocktail hour was over, seafood still remained. That is how plentiful it was. The staff and bartenders were top notch and all smiles. The main room was beautiful with background color lighting and a dance floor that accommodated the entire crowd. Another thing that I noticed was there was one of the best stocked bars that I have ever seen at a venue. They had every liquor choice that one could ask for...Honey and Fire Jack, top of the line Vodka, Gin and Tequilas, good scotch and bourbon as well. Waiters came around with wine too. At this point I couldn't even eat another bite..The dinner choices were great...duck breast, Chilean sea bass and a meat or pasta choice. The duck was perfectly cooked to rare and the fish was amazing on a veggie risotto. The finale was a Viennese hour with a chocolate fountain, waffle bowl sundae bar and a fresh made being stuffed in front of you cannoli station. this was beside many, many cakes, pies and pastries. There was a club-by back room that was then open for coffees, cordials and cigars !! oh my !!! we sat out back by the fire pit while Lee M enjoyed a cigar. Absolutely gorgeous!! I attended a Labor Day outdoor wedding and it was gorgeous. I've actually had to attend a few weddings this past summer season, and this place was my favorite. Though it was outdoors, and windy, everyone speaking were mic--ed (sp?), there were 3 bars available, and TONS of food during cocktail hour. It was a great spread. Admittingly, it was really spread out (haha) so there was a lot of "oo! where'd you get that? man, I have to get up again!" but it was so yummy, no one minded. The reception was gorgeous, perfect for the wedding size - 200 people, and the food was delicious. None of it was cold or cooked improperly. Absolutely loved the space, service and food. Came here for a wedding much like the other reviewers. I was really proud of the bride for having picked this spot. It was just beautiful with the ocean in view. I would say it was a really perfect choice for this particular couple. The ceremony took place outdoors on the grass with white chairs under this canopy with the ocean in the background and it was a bit too cold and windy for late-October and several of us commented had it just been even two weekends prior it would have been perfect. I ended up talking to one of the staff who told me that the violinists had said their fingers were freezing and the soloist who sang a song for the couple . . . her voice was shaking from the cold. The bride's veil went flying around a lot (making it hard for the photographers to time good shots). They distributed bubbles so people could blow bubbles as the couple walked down the aisle after the ceremony which was a cute touch. Afterwards, they have a cocktail hour where they serve almost a buffet-like meal with many food stations. It might as well have been a buffet with open bar. A lot of people were getting pina coladas despite the weather. During the cocktail hour, they had live classical musicians playing classical rock songs and broadway songs. That was a fun and classy music option for a wedding. The reception consisted of a first course salad, second course lobster dish, for the third course I picked the sea bass (though everyone else seemed to get the filet mignon), and then there was a yummy wedding cake and an apple strudel bar for dessert. Again, an unlimited supply of juices, sodas, espressos and cappuccinos at the bar. Classical music played in the background throughout the entire reception. The food was good (not great), but I described it to another friend as the kind of food that was safe and that all the guests could enjoy. Don't even know where to begin! PERFECT! Incredible! We had our outdoor wedding here this past July, and everything was amazing! From our first meeting with coordinator Jen, it was a dream. She and the entire crew and staff were so wonderful and helped us plan our beautiful day without a hitch. Jen is super welcoming, warm, and so accommodating with her time and energy. She was always available to answer questions and her knowledge is very impressive. We can't thank her enough for her astonishing work. Views of the water are unbelievable. Grounds and landscaping are breathtaking. The abundance of flowers alone make this place so exquisite and gorgeous. My wife and I fell in love with the unbelievable location the second we saw it. The ferry and boats passing through added such an awesome touch to the outdoor paradise. The food was so innovative, unique and delicious! I've been to Lands End for Weddings and they were wonderful. However what you must do is go on Wednesday nights in the summer for the all you can eat Lobster Night. For $59 you have an all you can eat buffet including whole lobsters, steak, potatoes, salads, linguini with clams, chicken, corn on the cob, desserts and so much more. Drinks are an additional price. We were able to take our time and did not feel rushed. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful evening while eating. Highly recommend. read more

Attended a wedding here this past weekend, and it was a nice affair. Was kind of a pain driving through the town to get all the way down to the water, but the views were worth it. We parked in the lot, and it was easy as spots were plentiful and there was no valet. We walked into the venue, which is mainly outdoors for the ceremony and cocktail hour. The views are great outside, can see the great South Bay right up close, and the ferry to fire island heading back and forth. The ceremony was set on the lawn under a gazebo, although it looked like they had a small area of beach if you prefer to have your ceremony in the sand instead. There's a small wooden walkway to stroll along the dock and see some of the boats and water. The cocktail hour was nice and the one bar outside was great, never got too packed. They needed more pass arounds though, as some of the items were so popular that we never got to try them. There were a few different food stations set up during the outside cocktail hour, and we thought the food was just ok, if not a bit weird. Selections were spotty and mismatched, and all of the pastas were swimming in sauce. Seafood was decent, but wish they had more modern choices, everything was very old school. The outside tables were covered by a canopy or umbrellas, and the setting was great. Fast forward to inside, and the bathrooms and ball room are small and dated. Everything is very bright and worn in, definitely in need of updating. Bar and bartenders were good inside too, but dance floor was old and beat up. Even the design on it looked like it was out of the 70s. Food was ehh, had some sort of waffle with cheese thing for appetizer that was ok. I had the sea bass entree as it was a day wedding and I didn't want to get too stuffed before a dinner we had planned later that night. Fish was tasteless, wasn't bad, just tasted like nothing. My wife went for the vegetable choice, and said it was weird, she really didn't enjoy it. I tried it and it had a strange taste to it too. Other complaint, there was a band at this wedding, not a dj, but they didn't play the whole time. There was a lot of time during which there was no food on the table, the bride and groom were not doing any events we were paying attention to, and the band was not playing. You would think during this down time they would have been playing some mood music or something. Overall, this place is nice for the views outside, although beware, there is no shade during the ceremony, and we were hot sitting right in the sun with our suits on. Picturesque for weddings and the food is superb. Beautiful bay views for ceremonies and cocktail hour, though the passing boats from the outlet (particularly the Fire Island ferry) can be annoying, yet still add to the nautical ambiance. Attending a wedding here, I had crepes with a variety of savory toppings, a nice prime rib, six types of pasta, cheeseburger sliders, lamb rib, crab cakes, quiches, egg rolls, fried rice, and dumplings. The variety of food produced en scale while remaining delicious was impressive. For mains, the filet mignon was among the best I've had (I ordered rare). The servers and bartenders were all prompt and attentive. Overall, one of the best weddings I've attended, in terms of food, and the ambiance was extremely pleasant. This was the third time that I attended a wedding at Lands End- again a memorable time - beautifully decorated, great service and fantastic food ! The venue had lovely fall flowers and pumpkins indoors and outdoors for lots of autumn "photo -ops"with family and friends --and, of course ... the water view --- aaahhh! From the coat check clerk to the waitstaff, the friendliest and most efficient service ( always with a smile )... the staff took pride in the job at hand - and it showed ,,,, The cocktail hour had interesting and delicious choices -- h'orderves went around the room --( mini lamb chops, scallops and shrimp bites - people were happy!!!!German / European food bar with spaetzle, wursts , pierogies - a slider Burger bar with all the trimmings(fries, cheeses, bacon...a cheese and veggie bar, a great raw bar- the freshest of fish. -- all enjoyed!!!a fantastic event- again!!!!! read more

The cocktail was amazing!!! From the lamb chops to the Mac and cheese to the slices of beef. The cocktail stations were delicious. The service was flawless. Lands End was our dream wedding venue! We fell in love with it from the moment we toured it. We loved the idea of having our ceremony outside by the water and the reception inside with the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beach. Our experience working with Lands End was incredible from start to finish. We worked with Jennifer, who was so incredibly supportive and accommodating. She was professional and quickly responded to all my emails. She was especially helpful since we were planning our wedding from across the country (we lived in California at the time). She was so flexible with our last minute changes and made everything happen so smoothly the day of. One of the biggest things for us was how AMAZING the food was! We had so many guests comment how it was the best wedding food they've ever had. My bridal attendant, Serena, was also a lifesaver. She arranged our outfits for all our pictures, escorted us everywhere we needed to be, was constantly checking in with us, bustled my dress with safety pins when the original bustle ripped, and made sure we had a few moments alone to eat during the cocktail hour (she personally brought us a sampler tray of all the hors d'oeuvres we served and a table cloth to protect our outfits). Had a wedding here and it was amazing!! The view, food, & staff were fantastic. If weather permitted, outside ceremony is recommended because of the ocean view along with the beautiful landscape. If not, inside is the alternative. In off season, they have one event for the whole day. There is a parking lot and have plenty of space for almost any event size. What a wedding! We drank and ate all night. Every kind of food you could think of. The venue was great. It was nice that we were next to our motel. The staff were great and always helpful. All around a great time. Definitely worth seriously looking into for your next wedding. read more

Great location right on the water. The food was very good at the cocktail hour but dinner was so so. The filet mignon was great but my chicken was nothing special. I would recommend against the Viennese dessert because it led to people hanging out outside and not dancing. A really nice place for a wedding overall. read more
