They did a pretty good job, although one crew tried to hide some waste on my property, which I discovered and they eventually removed it. I've needed some minor repairs since then and it's been difficult to get them to take care of that, but now it seems they can't be bothered. I wrote them an email on March 5th about the repair. No one replied. On March 11th I called customer service and explained about the email and lack of reply and was assured that someone would get back to me within 3-5 business days. Six business days later, on March 20th, I called again and the customer service person transferred me to the "repair department" adding "you may need to leave a message." He was correct, and I did, explaining once again about the need for a repair, and what steps I had gone through already. On March 21st, I called customer service again and re-explained what had gone on over the last 2+ weeks. The agent said she could see my request in their system and would send an email to the repair department manager with a notation that it was "urgent" to contact me. She added "hopefully" they would call me back that day. I guess System Pavers' customer service is based upon a HOPE that someone will actually provide some service, because it must be pretty poor when the customer service rep HOPES someone will actually do their job. I mean, come on, how can you ignore a prior customer for over two weeks who spent about $250K on a driveway, porch and pool deck, plus outdoor lighting who just is looking for a return email or phone call? I think the whole episode calls into question what must be occurring at System Pavers. The "system" appears to be broken, that's for sure. UPDATE APRIL 4 I am changing my review to three stars from one star. I think the negative review got System Pavers' attention as I received a called from Cesar Guzman, a project manager for the company. Apparently he saw the review and called me about it, and getting the repairs done He scheduled the repairs and his worker showed up on time. Cesar came by a little later, introduced himself, and said to call him anytime I needed help. The worker spent a lot of time making sure the repairs were done right, and I was satisfied with his work. In fact, he found some other repairs to fix too which I hadn't asked about. I still don't think I would have gotten any attention if I hadn't posted the negative review, but thanks to Cesar for taking care of the issues.

I didn't realize that they took the dirt from the driveway and spread it around our plantings. Our gardener discover it as the dirt was suddenly too high for the plants. Service was also challenging. It took many calls to have a low spot corrected. One other frustration I remember is their pricing to run plastic pipe/conduit for future use. Everything is already dug. Just needed to trench a bit but the pricing was outrageous. It felt like they knew the owner would pay anything as once the pavers are installed, it's impossible to put the conduit in. We would not use them again.
