But I worked for a retail company that thought their products sold themselves for almost a decade. But I am a huge believer that great customer service is what really attracts the money. Today, my mom and I shopped here, we were the only customers in the whole store and no one helped us. At one time my mom was trying on one of the sample shoes and a red head girl asked, "those don't fit?" My mom responded, "unfortunately no." And the sales girl replied, "aw that's too bad." Do I need to say more? What a perfect opportunity for her to say, "oh well let me grab one in your size!" And that's even just the basics. There was about 4 employees in the store who could have easily made a sale from us. We looked at everything. We were ready to buy more than just the $18 sunglasses we got. But our interests soon expired since their interest in us didn't seem exist in the first place. Mason, I'm disappointed. I encourage the management to take a higher interest in the customer service of their employees. Customers need to feel not only welcomed, but wanted.

Since I'm a bit far to drive up just for a shopping spree, I emailed the company to inquire about the necklace. Liz emailed me back immediately to describe the situation: they were out of stock, but would try to see about getting the necklaces from another source for me. Not even a week later, she emailed again to let me know about new stock that had arrived, even sending pictures along. I asked her to set aside one in Teal and one in Salmon. She replied, asking me to call Cassandra at Masons' mall location, who would ship them out to me the same day so I wouldn't have to wait over the weekend. And when they arrived? They were paired with beautiful earrings that I wasn't expecting and even a personalized thank you note from Liz just for shopping with Masons. I love it! Extremely delightful people to work with and I'm so happy with both necklaces and earring sets. If I'm ever in the area, I'm definitely stopping to shop with them again!

We were so happy to have met the adorable owner while we shopped! I bought a destroyed denim jacket that I love and my daughter a cozy grey sweater that is twisted in the back, a cute flannel knotted at the waist, and another cozy cropped crew necked sweater. The prices are so reasonable! My jacket and the sweaters were under $60 each! I loved the vibe, the way the owner and Sales associate, Savannah recommended things that they both thought we would like, and appreciated the way everything was displayed - so easy to shop! We will definitely be back to visit Fringe and check out their jewelry and shoes too.

I was in Fayetteville for a wedding and the dress I brought for the rehearsal dinner was too thin for the fall weather, so a friend recommended I check this place out. I didn't have a lot of time and I was skeptical because in my experience, similar boutiques rarely carry sizes and styles for curvy girls but Liz, the owner, was welcoming and extremely helpful. I enjoyed champagne while we pulled items for me to try on and after a couple of tries I found the perfect dress that I will wear a million more times. On top of that, all dresses were 25% off! They just opened about a month ago and the store is very cute, I love the decor and the layout feels very welcoming. Another impressive thing about 59th and 9th is that they have a plus size section, which I have never seen at similar style boutiques, but is much needed. As I was headed out Liz recommended I check out another new business next door that was having an open house, so not only was she helpful to me in her store, she is a good neighbor! I placed an order on 1/17/2023 for a Valentine's sweater. My order moved to processing but nothing…read morehappened after that. I reached out weeks later to figure out what was going on, and received a rude email telling me I had placed a "pre-order" on the sweater (no I hadn't. In fact, I wouldn't have ordered at all if it was on pre-order, as I really didn't care either way about the sweater. Why would I wait weeks/months, since they don't tell you how long pre-order is, for a sweater I only halfway cared about). I just received it on 2/6/2023. It's a Hanes Ultimate Cotton sweater that sells for $16 online. The price on RiffRaff? $54. The print job is fine but that's literally all they do. Buy a cheap sweater and print on it, and take nearly a month to do it. I could've bought one hand stitched off Etsy for that same time and price.
