Came here today nervous because of the previous reviews. My usual store is the Tualatin location. The clothing selection is great. Good size ranges, colors and styles. The store was nicely set up and clean. The staff here is friendly and inviting and even went along with my husbands humor. I would definitely come back here when in this area. read more

While the staff is friendly, the store is small and lacks inventory both in the variety of items and sizes within. The clothes seem frumpier than what is available online or at other locations. The majority of the store is clearance racks which underscores the frumpy adjective as the clothing doesn't move. It's time to analyze your market and carry inventory that is fresh and fashionable. There was a time when I needed to shop here for jeans and dress slacks as they were one of the few who carried a fuller, wider leg. Now that other brands are carrying this style, I rarely shop at LB. Typically I'm just there for bras. The Cacique Brand, specify the Balconette or Smooth Lined styles, are the best imho and have been wearing them exclusively for a dozen years. They are most flattering and comfortable, especially for those with fuller assets. Parking right on street out front or in the large outdoor parking lot behind the building. read more

This store location rarely has multiples of sizes of cute tops above 20. There are plenty of 14/16, but if I was that size, I wouldn't need to shop here. I am constantly disappointed with the selection. If you have a choice, skip this location. read more

This is the worst location. The store is simply to small. They have two modes at this location. It's either so cram packed with clothing you can't move the hangers at all or they shelf's are bare. And I'm sorry what is with all the bedazzled jeans? They've been on your clearance rack for months time to donate them or toss them. The staff is total hit or miss. Sadly the rude staff out numbers the nice staff. And why is it so hard to get WiFi in this store? If you have a digital coupon screen shot it before you go in because you won't be able to pull it up online once you go in. Hate that they don't sell shoes here but where would they put them. Corporate needs to step in reorganize the store and retrain the staff. read more

I had a fantastic experience. I've always been a bigger girl so I've been going here for a while! I went last Sunday! I really appreciate their Covid measures being taken. They provide you with facial mask, gloves and hand sanitizer right when entering. Which you would think would be more of a common thing but it really isn't. As I was walking the streets of Tanasbourne to other stores this was the only store that actually provided that! I wish I would have remembered her name but the staff that day was extremely helpful and nice! I was out shopping for some jeans and even tried them on. One of the staff members there was super helpful on tips on how to style the jeans and even help me figure out if it was the right size for me. I'm 21 years of age, Soooo style is pretty important to me! Recently I have to say a lot of their clothing has been very nice especially for someone around my age. It's hard to find plus size clothes that still makes you feel young and sexy! But at the store I am able to find it all! read more

This Lane Bryant is subpar with plenty of frumpy, boxy huge leftover shirt sizes and immature sales staff members who can't stop guffawing at each other's stupid jokes at the cash register while women are shopping. Or they are busy planning what mall foods they want to order for lunch and you can smell someone's Panda Express beef and broccoli cooking in the back room microwave. Lovely. That was on my visit today. The sale items here run for $39.99- $89.99 etc with a few jumbled up beat up baskets of reduced tagged costume jewelry--all clothing hanging on clearance racks in Jan 2017 (today) is merch that I literally saw hanging on their clearance racks in July of 2016. No lowered prices. No deep discounts on full scale summer apparel, over half a year past date. It's all the usual bait and switch LN coupon verbiage and signage--Buy one get one. I literally combed that store for 2 hours today to find a second shirt on BOGO as a freebie for my first shirt purchase and couldn't get a thing because everything is so ugly and old and ripped up and misshapen on the BOGO racks. I bought a black bowtie shirt and a bracelet for my BOGO deal in a last ditch effort just to get out of the store with my measly shirt. That was my experience today. I could regale Yelp with dozens and dozens of these types of shopping experiences there--like harkening back to the staff member who came up to me and told me to open my coat and let her look at me to 'see where I carry my weight' several months ago. Or all the countless times I go shopping there and brought in a birthday rewards coupon, special mailer coupons, and other Lane Bryant Coupons and cannot for the love of God use any of them because the verbiage on the coupons is so exclusive that it rules out any purchase honoring the deal unless you immediately brand new LB merchandise straight of the most expensive racks. Why send a customer all the coupons and all the birthday BS--Oh here is this special gift for you of 20% off (beotch, please) if you literally won't even dare let them use it to give them the tiniest kind customer appreciation perk or discount. Lane Bryant is CHEAP. Their coupons are all bells and whistles with no real reward, and their clothes, the craftsmanship, and quality is CHEAP too. I will not pay full price for such shoddy merchandise. Ever. read more

It's difficult sometimes to review chain stores well - I debate reviewing the specific location vs the chain in general, and it sometimes gets messy. I'll try to be clear and help you make the best decision for you! I'm not usually a big fan of Lane Bryant in general; the clothes don't fit me well. Everything seems too long or too big in weird places and I'm too cheap to get all my stuff altered, especially after paying regular LB prices, which are way too high in my opinon. I do love their jeans though - the T3 technology is so comfy, and bless the Jean Gods at LB for still making bootcut jeans (note to designers: not all women want skinny or straight leg jeans!). I'll pay regular price for them, I love them that much and finding jeans I like is really that hard. The huge bummer about this location is they don't carry the short sizes of their jeans in store. I'm not even short - I think I'm technically above average height, but their "average" jeans are way too long for me, even with heels. Good thing I wear flats everyday, the shorts fit me perfect if I don't dry them in the dryer. The nice, accomodating staff will order you anything you want in a short, but then you don't get to try them on and make sure they weren't accidentally cut weird, etc.........jean shopping can be so hard! read more

I give this location a middle of the road score mostly because I used to work in a LB (Van Mall back in the day) and feel I have extremely high standards in terms of what to expect from my shopping experience. The good: They always seem to have a good selection of clothing, most sizes are represented, checkout has always been super fast for me and most of the ladies are pretty friendly. The bad: While friendly enough, most of the staff here are not very helpful. They seem to congregate at the register desk of the store and talk more to each other than the shoppers. You have to walk up them and ask for help instead of help coming to you, which I have no problem doing though I would prefer to not have to leave my fitting room for new sizes when I am in the middle of trying things on. Would be nice if someone stopped by just to see if you need anything. Overall, I will continue shopping at this store because it is right down the street from me and I have never had an experience here bad enough to warrant the drive out to a different location. read more

Not a good experience I placed this order about 6 weeks ago and this is my 4th trip to pick it up. They don't know where it is, but will not remove the charges from my card until I return it. I never got it and so how how can I return it? They don't know where it is!!!! It was intended to be a gift. The clerk talked over me. I am so frustrated. Tried to contact corporate. Previously I was told they would call when it came in. Today I was advised that was not possible that I was told that because they do not make calls. Okay that is what the previous clerk told me. I am not making this stuff up! I am so frustrated and will be reporting this elsewhere. I am so done with LB and this is the worst location by far. Poor customer service. I am so over the.! I purchased 2 dresses on Lanebryant.com. I have never ordered from Lane Bryant so I was surprised that I still had to pay 7.95 for shipping and handling even though my total was $137. I bought 2 dresses each for $47.99 and a top. I was looking at the website last night and now the dresses are $25. I called today to see if they could credit the difference since its been 3 days since I purchased them. I havent even received the dresses, one was just shipped this morning! They told me that they cannot give me a credit since I already "received" a credit since they were marked down from 78.99. I spoke w/ the supervisor who stated the same thing. I told her that I could re-order the same dress and return the other ones. This would be saving me the hassle. She said there was nothing she could do. She asked to place the order for me, I asked if she could waive the S/H fee, she said NO. How does this place stay in business? There are SOOOO many other options out there for clothes. This is the first and LAST time I will ever take my business to Lanebryant, and I plan to inform ALL my friends and Coworkers about how they care for their customers. BE AWARE!!! read more

This is the second time I have been to this store and I will NOT return! These employees are very rude and not helpful at all. They have their noses lifted so high in the air it's almost unbearable. I don't appreciate being a customer and being treated so Rudely. I can see if it is a one time occurrence but sadly it wasn't. I will drive to the Tualatin one just to not come here ever again! I don't like this store. Not this location necessarily but the franchise in general. Although in comparison to the LB stores in CA this particular locations selection leaves much to be desired. I use to love Lane Bryant and shopped there religiously! Now however they sell the ugliest frumpiest clothing. It's either moomoo style grandma clothes or sequins and bedazzled tops for who? I guess the high schoolers? But then what high schooler could afford to shop here? $120 for a basic A line dress with no detail? $50 for a k-mart style t-shirt? Wth. Go here when they are having a sale, then you might get a shirt 50% off so about $20 something bucks! That may be worth it especially if you're hard to size in regular stores. The only thing worth the price here are the bras. If you're a true C or higher you need a good bra and their line is the best I've tried. The sales people at this location are generally pleasant and don't nag you too much, they're not on commission after all! It's nice that this location has store front parking but it's parallel parking on the street used for entry and exit so good luck with that 24- point park ladies! (There's ample parking in the rear as well!) The store itself is alright for a neighborhood LB. I suppose they save the best merchandise for their mall locations. Went in the evening and felt that the sales gal there was not only unprofessional, but just rude. Please DO NOT yell out my name and bra size in the store to other employees. And asking me if I have it on yet while I am in the dressing room is not helpful, either. Then asking me why I don't want to apply for a credit card when I say no thank you? Seriously, lady. Rude staff can ruin a business! I came in with $10 off coupon. Coupon has no terms. Greeted by a RUDE sales member who chastised me in front of 2 other customers in line! She basically went off on me about using this coupon! Very rude and unprofessional!! This is truly the worst store I have been to! I have never ever been treated so poorly! read more
