Thankfully my husband said let's just go for it and we found Shy 9 months before our wedding. I am so glad we did because if I had waited and she were booked, I would have been devastated. When sifting through videographers we knew we wanted someone who had fun with wedding videos. We didn't want something sappy and cheesy and boy is our highlight far from that! It is edgy, fun, and energetic. Hiring Shy was the best decision we made during wedding planning. When Shy delivered the highlight video we gave some feedback regarding song choices and Shy was very understanding. She worked with us to find a song that we loved and we are so happy with the final product. She also started doing Instagram highlight videos which also turned out amazing. We haven't seen the full-length video yet, we are waiting for our 1-year anniversary, but I can't wait to watch it!

I must have sent him over 20 different videos from different videographers, and Terrence's work was the ONLY one he approved of. So I sent an inquiry and began our journey with Terrence and Suzi. They are 100% the BEST in the biz. The communication was always prompt. They had a variety of "experiences" to choose from that allowed us to choose a service that worked with our budget, and they had great add-on options. We went with drone footage, which I highly recommend to anyone getting married. We did an initial Facetime consultation, and then we also had an in-person meeting with Terrence closer to our wedding date. I felt like the entire experience was intimate and personal, and we could feel really confident about who we were working with prior to the big day. On our wedding day, Terrence and Suzi worked seamlessly with our photographer to capture our special day through each medium without getting in each other's way. They were so fun and positive and just all-around true professionals, and you could see how this husband and wife duo just perfectly complemented each other-- the perfect team! When we received our teaser film, I was ecstatic! It came out so well-- they're truly masters of video editing. But then our full-length video came out, and I was a wreck in the best way. I couldn't believe how beautifully it came out. It exceeded all of my expectations. It was so creatively pieced together-- they used my dad's speech as the backbone and so thoughtfully incorporated all of the details from our incredible evening to produce a heartfelt, cinematic masterpiece that reflects who we are and all of the love and warmth we experienced that day. And to top everything off, Terrence and Suzi are just two of the nicest people you'll meet. The gravity of your big moment is not lost upon them, and they will treat your wedding day and your video project with the attention, care, and detail it deserves to produce a priceless one-of-a-kind memento of the best day of your life. It was hard getting it scheduled, and when we finally had an official date... I had my hair & make up done & they ended up canceling due to a wedding changing it's timeline with them. Pros: When we finally met on the wedding day I was relieved & happy right away! Mike was great! He was funny, professional & very experienced. I didn't have any concerns or worries. It really took a lot of stress away. I didn't notice them often during the ceremony & wedding.... because of this we got some really great candid shots of everyone. We really enjoyed them & 100% would recommend them to anyone. I appreciated the strong communication. When their time was ending, they made sure we got the bridal party & groomsman on the dance floor for one final dance while they snapped & filmed away. I loved that! Pictures & videos are uploaded online to the drop box app (which I now pay monthly for). It took a month to get the photos/videos and we couldn't be happier. For example, I asked if wearing white or black would look better and she sent me samples of her work with clients wearing black and/or white. That definitely gave me a insight on what I wanted to wear. We went with black and the photos turned out BEAUTIFUL! Day of shoot, Marjorie let us know if the grounds were wet or dry; which we appreciated so we knew what shoes/heels we were going to wear. Thankfully, the weather leading up to our shoot was nice, we were able to wear nice shoes. During the shoot, Marjorie paid close attention to detail such as hair in face, making sure our jewelry was showing, etc. I'm not the best at posing for photos so I really appreciated her posing us for the pics! She walked us through the process and was able to ascertain what we were looking for by asking us questions that showed her experience with helping couples get the best photos of their weddings. Thereafter, she sent Tomas to us to shoot some photos so that we could get to know each other and see some examples of the photograph. Tomas was simply amazing. He has a great eye for pictures and the way he posed us was beautiful. As for the wedding, he came to our rehearsal and stayed afterwards to explore the property so that he could find areas for us to wedding pictures. Along with him, the videographers and additional photographer were amazing. Each of them were super friendly, professional, and encouraging. Our wedding day could have been stressful, but it was just so easy and fun...like you want your wedding to be. I can't say enough about Cashman and its team. Rich's style was clearly one of someone who had done this for many years, was incredibly professional and easy to work with. From the very first email, Chiemi came across warm and professional. She called me soon after our initial email conversation and my hopes were confirmed when I spoke to her. She was courteous, friendly, and extremely well organized. As I was having a very small wedding, I arranged for only three hours of photography. Before the wedding, Chiemi arranged to meet me at the venue before my rehearsal so that she could view the grounds and go over, in detail, what photos my husband and I wanted. On the day of my wedding, Chiemi was on time and worked cleanly without being intrusive on the moments that my family and I were having before the wedding. After the wedding, she took the pictures that we had agreed upon without ever seeming to be in the way. My husband and I never felt like we were missing important moments with our family, because Chiemi worked so unobtrusively! Within two weeks of the wedding, my photos were online for viewing by myself as well as my friends and family. Everyone was blown away by how beautiful the pictures turned out! I've sent him countless e-mails and he's only replied to less than half of them. If you want an unprofessional videographer who will take your money, then ghost you after, he's your man. When he does decide to reply, he is just filled with excuses. He did send me some raw footage of my ceremony, cake cutting, first dance, and bouquet toss... but only after I kept bothering him. I still haven't gotten my highlight video (6+ months) or the partial refund he promised me 3+ months ago. I don't even have footage of my first look. And honestly, it means nothing to me, and not worth nearly $1000. They are just recordings from a camera stand. I could've done that for free with a tripod and iPhone. Take a look at his last e-mail, my last e-mail, and a copy of his ridiculous contract. It only covers his own ass, not the customer's. And he can't even abide by his own rule of providing the video in 6 weeks. It is now going on 6+ months. It is devastating.
