(Kelly and Jeremy were great!)…read more They provided me with multiple updates while the work was being completed and they finished exactly on the day the said they would. (Which was nice for planning purposes.) They made sure to remember all the small details and truly went above and beyond by doing a complete interior clean of my truck so that it would be nice and fresh for me when I picked it up to take it back home. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking to get body work done on their car or truck!

    My car was hit by a rock while I was driving on the highway and the damage included a couple of…read moredents in the hood and a cracked windshield. Since the hood was damaged as well as the windshield, my insurance company sent me to Burnside rather than just a windshield place. There was a 6 week wait to get an appointment, but since my car was drivable, this wasn't a big deal. When I brought it in, they estimated the repairs would take 3 days and they did a great job of coordinating with a rental car company and my insurance company. I received texts updating me on the progress of repairs including one that said it was almost done on the day before they had estimated it would be done. Then...silence...so, I called them on the day it was supposed to be done, a Friday, and they said the windshield hadn't come in yet, but that it should be in by Monday and they could install it the same day; they said the texts were automated based on the estimated completion date, and had no relationship to the actual progress on the work. OK, things happen, particularly with all the supply chain issues, so no big deal. On Monday...silence...I called them again, and they said no windshield yet, but it would be in by Wednesday. By Friday...now a week past when they had said it would be done...still no windshield...while I had them on the phone, I asked if I could just come pick up my car and wait for the windshield to come in, and they had no problem with this, but said it would probably be in on Monday and so I'd likely be coming right back. When I arrived to pick up my car, the hood looked great! Seriously, it looked like new! They had done a fabulous job on that. At this point, I mentioned to one of the repair people that I had found online that windshields were taking months to come in, and he agreed that this was true and that they were having major problems getting windshields and other parts in a timely manner. Hmmmm...if they would have just said this upfront, I could have just kept my drivable car until the windshield came in...again, we all know that supply chain issues are very real right now! Anyway, the windshield finally came in about 6 weeks after this point...so I was REALLY glad I picked up my car when I did. They then installed the windshield in a couple of days, and did a great job. They re-calibrated the Subaru eye-sight camera, and even stayed around a bit past their closing time to finish up my car on that last day that they had it so that I could pick it up before a run of days at work that would not have permitted me to get there during the hours that they were open. In summary: these are really nice people who do high-quality work and do a wonderful job coordinating with insurance companies and rental car companies. Their area for improvement would be clear, and realistic communication. Also, pro-tip: if you leave a message with anyone other than Rita, do not assume that Rita will get the message...just call back and talk to Rita.
