The total bill was well under what I thought I would pay. They told me this error message is fairly common on our type of car. Here was my original report: A 10% charge to run credit cards and I have yet to talk to somebody he has returned the deposit to. (Count off that $150) There are plenty of other options in the area, avoid this man and this company. I go to the county and the city on Monday. CURRENT UPDATE: Now, a few weeks late, I did get a call from the corporate office telling me they returned the deposit (check is in the mail). The gentleman tells me the office had actually done so before he spoke to them, on their own initiative. If I give them the benefit of the doubt, and I feel I can, I will receive it back in a few days. Since I cannot speak for any other person claiming he does not return the deposits I will consider doing business from here again; however, I have used Enterprise 5 times in the month since I returned the van to this place and have not had one issue with them. My advise? Approach with caution; he is the cheapest rental in town, but pay with cash. However, on day 21 you better call and find out where your deposit is and stay on top of it. If the true reason for my deposit was an office oversight, they seem to be a little disorganized.

Once again Mr. Tire in LaVale came through. This time it was an emergency. My dashboard lit up like…read morea Christmas tree. I was only a few blocks away. I called and they were still open. I was nearly in tears. I handed over my keys and the service advisor came back. When he handed me the printout, I was stunned, because it was the same thing that had happened to my 2013 SUBARU three years earlier. The SOLENOID had gone bad. Again. After only 20,000 miles. Anyhow, Mr. Tire doesn't do that work. He suggested I get it towed. My son on the phone said drive it home. The advisor at Mr. Tire was RIGHT. I didn't make it home. A $100 flatbed tow later, I was home. The good news? Mr. Tire did not charge me a dime for running the computer analysis. Those guys are great.
