I highly recommend Dr. Lanier! I was seeing another chiropractor every month and just had an adjustment. I was doing some work around the house and could feel my lower back was getting tight and had some pain. A day later it was really bad, could hardly stand up or sit, so I tried to call my chiropractor and couldn't get a hold of him. My previous chiropractor retired and sold the practice to Dr. Lanier. I called and made an appointment for the next morning. We discussed my back problem and my history of back problems and he check out my back, etc. He then proceeded to make adjustments. I came back three times that week. Each treatment improved my back pain. I had two more treatments the second week I had almost no pain. He also had me do some exercises for my back. I also told Dr. Lanier I get leg cramps several times a week while sleeping. He said I might be magnesium deficient. He recommend taking magnesium powder. I started taking the magnesium and with the treatments and exercises I was pain free after two and a half weeks. The magnesium also relaxes your muscles, thus relaxing back muscles. I now get monthly treatments and have no back pain! The monthly treatments keep my back in alignment so I won't have back problems in the future. I haven't been to a chiropractor in like over 2 years so I was definitely over due for an appointment. My neck and back felt tight leaving me uncomfortable most days. I was glad I didn't have a long wait time. When it was time to get my adjustment I was nervous because I don't like getting my neck cracked. My husband let the doctor know how hard it is to crack my neck because I tense up. The doctor suggested this machine which could adjust my neck and back. (They also do manual adjustments if you prefer). I've never seen anything like this at my old doctor's office. I liked the machine because you just feel a series of clicks on your neck and back. ( It doesn't hurt) It sends information to a computer which tells you what is wrong with your back. ( Like if it is curving etc) When my diagnosis came up on screen Dr. Lanier gave me some suggestions on what I can do to help my back. In my case it was suggested I do more side steps, and pelvic tilts. It was good to know that I was provided a natural way to help me with my issues because I don't like being medicated. Right away he put me at ease and told me how things would go and how often I would need to go for therapy. I have been getting better each time and with one set back under my belt he quickly set off to get me better, He has given me great tips to help me at work and at home which have been great too. I'm really grateful for Dr. Lanier, I have been visiting him for my right ankle and shoulder neck pain, from first visit he found my problem with flatfoot, I have been experienced other chiropractic places but they couldn't find out my problem. I felt tremendously better after every session. My pain is disappearing. I wanna admit that he is professional and also as a human being he is great person, with sense of humor makes me feel comfortable during the therapy. I have been a patient of Dr. Lanier's for about a year now. My back is a problem area but Dr. Lanier knows just what to do to make the pain go away. He gives me exercises to strengthen my back and they work! A couple months ago I started to have a bit of dizziness and he started to work on my neck because it caused me pain and stiffness. After a couple of treatments to my neck, the dizziness was gone. I find that keeping steady appointments keeps you in perfect alignment of your body. I have been going to Dr. Lanier for over a year. He is the best. I especially like that he has given me exercises to do at home to help strengthen the body, improve my posture, recover faster and avoid unnecessary treatments. I really love the process at Lanier's clinic and I'm feeling so much better. I've been getting ultrasound treatments on my neck, along with a spinal "massage" from one of the treatment tables. Then Dr. Lanier treats me with additional adjustments. I love it! I'm not in a lot of pain, but a constant amount of discomfort. I had never been to a chiropractor before visiting Dr Lanier I was hesitant but in pain from a car accident.
