I took 4 of my kids here after being severely overdue for some work (didn't like other offices I took them to in the area), and this place did not disappoint! The treatments were scheduled so that it didn't hurt my time or my pockets! This went on for about 3 months until completed for all 4 of my girls. A few weeks later, I received a call and was told that my ins plan paid more than anticipated, and I was offered a REFUND for the overage. WHAT? Um, yes - please - thank you! Now, me. I had to make an emergency appt for myself as a first time patient same day on 7/5 - YES, they were open the day after the 4th (while I was off). They saw me that day, gave me a list of the work I needed, told me the amounts, brought me back in 2 days later, and did my extractions within an hour's worth of an appt from start to finish! The staff was very attentive, I was even given control of the Pandora station to be more comfortable - so we listened to gospel my entire visit, lol! Most impressive? I did not feel the shots that I was given to numb the areas to be worked on. THAT is a win for me! I like THIS dentist, and I like him as a person as well. And not to mention contaminating all the oral medical equipment! So unbelievably they did not care one bit of how I felt nor did they even bother to ask one question of my symptoms! He also does a free mouth cancer screening with every visit. Something Imagix would have charged me $50 for. In general, I feel like dentist are in somewhat of a conflict of interest. They make money when you have bad teeth, but are supposed to encourage you to have a good teeth. They caneasly take advantage of people who haven't had 4 years of dentistry school. My last dentist appt. was in may 2021 for cleaning and exam. There was nothing out of the ordinary that I didn't already know about. 6 months later turns out there must have been a fracture or chipping on my tooth that allowed bacteria to go in causing the amount of pain I was in. Dr Hailey and Dr J explained everything to me in detail. Took an X-ray and explained it to me. They answered all my questions and made sure I knew what the next steps were. I did end up having to get a root canal, but I NEEDED it. They did some tests on my "dead" tooth to confirm that indeed the nerve was very sick and dying. I usually feel very afraid of the dentist due to past trauma. How ever they all made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and explained everything to me. I had a great experience with all their staff, including their front office ladies. They were a pleasure to talk to and work out payments with! They also understood the urgency of my appt and made sure that if something opened up or if there was a moment to squeeze me in they would! Thank you for working as a team to get the job done right! Today is the first day after my root canal and I am experiencing NO PAIN! I haven't had to take any pain relievers, and the pressure I was feeling from the infection is gone!

However, the reason that I'm only giving this business a single star has nothing to do with their dental care, and everything to do with their business practices and their business office. In short, I had questions and concerns around some issues with billing. I tried -numerous times- to call and speak with the billing department and/or a manager. Over 6 times, at least. I would either get a recording where it instructed that I leave my name and number (which I did) for a callback, or I would speak with the receptionist who would inform me that the business office and/or a manager were unavailable but would get back to me. But they never did. Even though in later calls, I told the receptionist that my calls were not returned - and she promised they would be. I also gave them my email, on the small chance (not likely, many businesses have successfully called me) that the phone number was not working. I got my bills emailed to me, no issue - but no responses to my questions. It's unfortunate that I had this experience, as I said the dental staff were nice and fine. But I will not be returning, nor can I recommend the business to anyone due to the issues I had reaching them to discuss my bills (which were never resolved... in the end, I paid them, because I don't want a mark on my credit). I told her that she was giving me irrelevant information as I was not even able to advise her which one of my insurances were primary or secondary. She then tells me that she is not going to continue talking to me because I was rude when I simply informed her that she was not listening. Then she proceeds to chuckle and tell me she was not being rude and then chuckles some more and starts speaking in a very condescending tone. At this point, I told her to have a good day. This was the worst "customer service" I have ever experienced. Very very poor service.
