I did a 5090 in the Fractal Ridge because I needed something low profile that didn't look like a "Gaming PC" with RGB and open panels, etc. David was crazy patient with me going back and forth on options, did not push me into the higher tier choices and when I needed time to think, he never put on a sales face. In the end, that alone makes me glad I went with them. But even if they'd been a pain to deal with, the performance would've made the price worth it 2x over. This PC is whisper quiet, lightning fast and runs every game at over 100fps without any real stress. It's also well-built without any clutter inside. Hopefully I won't have to take any upgrades into my own hands in the near future, but if I do, the thing is immaculately put together and won't be a hassle at all. It took under 2 weeks from payment to receipt of the PC, which was carefully packed and booted up without any issue. My most recent issue was that my desktop computer was not connecting to the internet. James, the service rep, came to our home and tried to fix the problem there, but when that didn't work, he took the computer back to the shop, tested it there, and found that my computer connected without any problem at the shop. The computer was brought back to my house, and James was able to connect my computer to the internet without a problem. In total, I was without my computer for only one day, and I was charged only $45.00, which also included a reconfiguration of our wireless network and wireless devices.
