Unfortunately, I recently had a frustrating experience after being sold a product that turned out to be incorrect for my needs in which their sales human assured was the correct product. When I returned to exchange it, management was not helpful and didn't seem interested in resolving the issue, which left me feeling dismissed. As a result, I lost $40 on a product I relied on staff to recommend. I was also surprised to learn that receipts are no longer accessible after 45 days, which removes a level of convenience I previously appreciated.
