I found Lords Cleaners and Laundry close by and decided to give them a whirl even though some of the reviews on Yelp were trending negative but the reviews were more than a year old. I called the establishment. The person answering was helpful with providing information on their services. I went there and handed over a small load of laundry with standard items with no specialized or sensitive cloth or materials. I could have opted for one day turn around or next day service. Nice options! The establishment itself could use a remodel or update, but you can't go on "looks." The next day I received a reminder phone call that my laundry was ready for pick up. The laundry was neatly folded and stacked in a paper bag. The price was just a tad bit over what I estimated but I was very satisfied with the outcome and fresh clothes for my trip which made it worth it for me. I should mention that there is a dry cleaning service available but I did not inquire about this service. So this place is not spiffy or modernized. But I respect that this is a family run business and they know what they're doing. I would strongly recommend this place for laundry and I would expect their dry cleaning to be a similar efficient service.
