All of the doctors have been super professional and very helpful and friendly. We called last night just to check in and the tech gave us a full report that helped us sleep better. This morning we got a call from her doctor who took all the time necessary to talk us through everything we needed to know, the process moving forward. And answer our questions. It seems as if they are taking care of her well and it isn't cheap but what hospital is, but we aren't left with a ton of questions except those that we just have to wait for the medicine to work.

I brought my dog in Sunday evening for an emergency to have her looked at. I paid $185 for her to…read morebe looked at and then another $650 for X-Rays and Bloodwork. After 6.5 hours, I finally left with a "we are not sure" diagnosis and medication to take for a few weeks. Two days later my dog seemed to be declining and was reacting poorly to the medication. I was placed in a room for NINE hours! At check out, $1250 later they asked that I sign a liability waiver which I asked for the vet to explain and I was informed that she wasn't an available because she was at the end of her shift and went home. Staff did not check on me once without me pressing the call light and indicating that I needed something. It was never offered that I could leave and return later. So for NINE hours I sat there. I understand they have critical patients but clearly they are dangerously understaffed because a NINE hour wait in a room with NO communication is beyond unacceptable!
