I let him know that I was leaving to another work trip and needed them in two days (I know, I procrastinated). He did the job! Clean clothes and all. He called before I picked up letting me know that there was a stain that he might not be able to get out without risking the fabric but I told him to try it anyway. He removed the stain and the fabric was fine!! I've been a customer for so many years and I am so thankful to have such a reliable cleaners that I can go to! I took a pair off pants to get them altered and I told Rose that I needed them by a certain day. Well, when I went to collect them, she said they weren't ready and to come back tomorrow. Then I went back and she told me they couldn't find them. Then she started looking everywhere for them and finally found them in a basket. Well, that basket was for clothes that hadn't been started on yet. I held my composure and asked her to please have them ready for me, because I needed them the next day. She had finally gotten them done. Then, another time I took a gown in to have it altered. Again her daughter wasn't there. So, I asked her if she could alter my gown, because I was going to be in a wedding. When I picked up my gown and tried it on at home, one side of my dress was longer than the other, but I had no time for her to fix it, because the wedding was the next day. Now today 5/10/26, I went in to see if my pants and a dress could be altered. I asked Rose if her daughter is back from her vacation and she said no. I heard the lady she was attending say that the daughter wasn't coming back to the states. So, I just said "okay thank you" and I left to look for another place to do the altering.
