He was very easy to deal with when I needed one of the pants done in two days, and had it ready in time. Also, he was quite tactful in letting me know that he'd like to clean one of my items before hemming it. This was one of the first times someone told me to wash my jeans more often without sounding condescending. Awesome!! That said, I'm going back ASAP to get the rest of my pants fixed up.

I let him know that I was leaving to another work trip and needed them in two days (I know, I procrastinated). He did the job! Clean clothes and all. He called before I picked up letting me know that there was a stain that he might not be able to get out without risking the fabric but I told him to try it anyway. He removed the stain and the fabric was fine!! I've been a customer for so many years and I am so thankful to have such a reliable cleaners that I can go to! I will not come to this dry cleaners until the daughter gets back from Vietnam. She shouldn't have left her mother in charge of her business. I took a pair off pants to get them altered and I told Rose that I needed them by a certain day. Well, when I went to collect them, she said they weren't ready and to come back tomorrow. Then I went back and she told me they couldn't find them. Then she started looking everywhere for them and finally found them in a basket. Well, that basket was for clothes that hadn't been started on yet. I held my composure and asked her to please have them ready for me, because I needed them the next day. She had finally gotten them done. Then, another time I took a gown in to have it altered. Again her daughter wasn't there. So, I asked her if she could alter my gown, because I was going to be in a wedding. When I picked up my gown and tried it on at home, one side of my dress was longer than the other, but I had no time for her to fix it, because the wedding was the next day. Now today 5/10/26, I went in to see if my pants and a dress could be altered. I asked Rose if her daughter is back from her vacation and she said no. I heard the lady she was attending say that the daughter wasn't coming back to the states. So, I just said "okay thank you" and I left to look for another place to do the altering. I wish they would warn the customers before they start on our clothes.
