My father-in-law said he had taken his cat there once and recommended them. We called right away and even though they were fully booked they shifted things around and were able to get us in. Everyone on staff was so friendly. The office was clean and bright and the walls are even decorated with artistic photographs of the staff pets! It made everything feel very personal. Once in the examination room, our dog spotted a toy bin and picked one out. He was allowed to keep his toy and it was a great way for the staff to bond with him. The lobby also had a table full of helpful pamphlets and business cards including where to find the emergency vet. 10/10 recommend this spot if you're new to the area or pet parenthood, looking to switch animal care providers, or just on vacation.
