And proceeded to ask if she could still honor it since the flyer doesn't state physical.. she replied with "we are working on it..." The food I typically buy from them had a 37% price hike in one week's time. There was no warning or communication to their regular customers. I budget for my dog food so I was surprised and upset. I do admit I was angry, but I was angry at the price not the person. And instead of being understanding, the woman at the counter got snarky, and reactive with me and said they 'couldn't help brand mark ups'. It made me feel like they were saying we don't care that you are too poor for our food.. take a hike. So I did. Really unacceptable price gouging and customer service. I am sorry to say I won't return there again.
