We are having to delay our remodeling project till next year, so I will update this review with…read moremore info when we move forward, but Teamwork Home Designs already deserves a resounding 5 Stars, and is absolutely who we would want to move forward with. Avi was an absolutely delight. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. Very thoughtful approach in our initial meeting. So many images from their highly impressive portfolio to help us think through options. Excellent examples of communication and workflow from previous projects. Instantly ready to share previous customers we could reach out to for references. A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. Can't wait to work with them in the future.

My experience with this company was disappointing. Before hiring, I recommend asking to speak with…read moreprior clients and reviewing completed projects similar to the scope of work you are considering. The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

I am posting this to warn other homeowners, as documented in our active fraud complaint with the…read moreTexas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division (OAG Complaint Number: TCP-051009) We hired JP Exteriors in November 2025 trusting their heavily advertised "James Hardie Elite Preferred Contractor" status. During installation, they routinely left sharp metal nails scattered across the property that our tenants had to magnetically sweep themselves, repeatedly left gates open resulting in our pets escaping, and damaged our dividing fence to the point of collapse. After installation, we discovered a siding nail puncturing the kitchen plumbing, wrapped in black duct tape. We only discovered this deliberate cover-up long after the payment when opening the interior drywall for an unrelated renovation. Active dryer exhaust vents were completely covered with fiber cement siding and some exhaust vent covers were heavily painted over that they are stuck shut; they all have been venting inside our wall cavities for months. JP Exteriors fraudulently triggered GreenSky loan disbursement while actively concealing life-safety hazards and severe IRC Chapter 7 building code violations behind our newly installed James Hardie siding. After numerous failed attempts to resolve our complaints directly with our project manager Gabe, we had to involve an independent inspector and the James Hardie Alliance Department. The 42-page certified inspection report indeed confirmed systemic installation failures and active concealment. James Hardie Alliance Department confirmed that JP Exteriors' installation violated their Elite Preferred contract guidelines. James Hardie Warranty Department offered to provide free replacement materials so that JP Exteriors could execute a proper rework and makes things right. Despite having the materials covered, Vice President Allan Raykhelson refused to cure the life-safety defects and allowed their strict statutory Texas Property Code Chapter 27 (RCLA) settlement deadline to expire on June 25, 2026, legally abandoning the project. Do not trust this company with your home or your safety.

Jorge was assigned to our kitchen renovation and he did an amazing job keeping us informed as well as weekly updates on progress. It's hard to trust a contractor with so many horror stories but revive exceeded every expectation! I will definitely be using Revive when I'm ready the rest of my home. For the services Revive offered- designer, project manager, great vetted subs, it was definitely worth the price. THANK YOU!!!

Jake and Bobbie are meticulous, with great attention to detail and precision. They communicate better than any contractor you'll ever work with, and the quality is the best you'll find. Jake is experienced and skilled in nearly all aspects of construction work. Only thing I had to do was use a licensed electrician to reconfigure the electrical loads and install several new and dedicated circuits in the kitchen area when the area was gutted. Jake even goes an extra mile to do some things out of scope because he is that kind of guy, but if you push him out of scope, then you should reward him appropriately. He is anxious to please and works as if it is his own house. He installed an RO I had ordered in the middle of the kitchen-install and he wasn't going to charge, and he reworked some doors and did some extras here and there to give 100% quality and happiness. He's the only contractor I've ever given a bonus to at the end of the job; he was that good, 100% on time, and superb quality and a very fair price.
