I'm not usually the type to write reviews for places but this place is just astonishing!! Me and my fiancé are from New York, we travel to do escape rooms and heard a lot of great things about Bewitched. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint! I definitely recommend the R rated version if you want to laugh a bunch. Not only was the room amazing but the customer service was astounding! I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, James. We had a 1:30 booking and ran in to crazy traffic, he quickly accommodated us by moving us to a later time, no charges, nothing! we loved the company so much we opt'd to immediately do another one, They offered us 20% off and helped us book the soonest available. Unfortunately due to traffic and just preference, we called to move the time and a different room & he again , helped us. No charges or .. greed like other companies. Many will tell you you have to pay again, but they were super polite and accommodating. They even helped to recommend us to tasty food and things to do in the area since we aren't from here. 10/10 recommend!! we will be back to do all the rooms :)) read more

Not sure where to start. I was in a panic when another escape room canceled on my last minute for my 12 year old's birthday party. Nine girls who were looking forward to a fun night of escaping now had nothing to do. I called Lara' and they were very accommodating. I spoke with Kasha and she assured me she had the perfect room. The Harry Potter themed room kept them busy and laughing and screaming. They talked about it the whole ride home and even the next day. The staff was not only very professional but also very friendly and enthusiastic about their business. The place was clean and well-maintained. I was fortunate to able to visit Lara's Labyrinth before the official opening and I wanted to share my experience. I had never been to an escape room before and neither have my kids (ages 9 and 11). I went with several other adults and we completed Cell Block 4. It was so realistic and amazing sound and true-to-life conditions. Some of the challenges I did not think I could solve, but that is where my fellow teammates came into play. We made it out with about 10 minutes to spare. My kids played separately and they completed it (with a few clues from the Labyrinth Master) with only 40 seconds to spare! I highly recommend this for families, friends, and could even see bringing my co-workers here! read more

This is by far the best escape room I've ever been to. Escape rooms are always fun and exciting. While visiting my parents for the holidays we all went to Laras Labyrinth on a Saturday afternoon. They were really welcoming from when we first walked in. We chose the cell block escape room. It was a blast. I'm not going to go into too much detail because I don't want to ruin it but the room was really clean and all the props worked really well. The person was attentive to us and if we needed any clues she would quickly respond. It made for a great experience. We are already planning our next trip back! read more

"There was three employees that I knew of two were very kind but there was one named Jason. It would've been a very nice experience with Jason wasn't there overall it was a great time, but Jason ruined it one star hope you take this into management. My husband and I went with my brother and sister in law. This was the first time any of us have done an escape room! We all hands down recommend!! Madi was our hostess and her energy is phenomenal. The room we picked had an Egyptian theme. It was designed to be on of the more challenging rooms. With a few hits we were able to complete the hour with just minutes to spare. This was an incredible room escape experience. The rooms were AMAZING--the level of detail and background were one of the most impressive I have seen yet. We tried Dragonborne--a great challenge and made for a wonderful family team outing during the holidays! We'll definitely be back to try the other rooms! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

This is a no padlocks, all automated room. A little dark and small, but then it's a tomb. Very well done and slightly scary. Lots of fun, would recommend. We did it with 8 people, but I think it'd be better with 4 or 6, max because of the tight space, and just got too many opinions flying about. Again definitely recommended! read more

We have done several escape rooms with different companies. Lara's Labyrinth is the best and Cell Block 4 in East Haven was very well done. The family (all adults) had a wonderful time. The person on staff on Father's Day was friendly and helped us have a great experience. read more

Me and the boys made a celebrity appearance on a Saturday night looking for a good time, and we had one. The staff were both awesome and the room was awesome. We will definitely be back to beat the other 2 rooms soon. Recommend to anyone looking for a good time. read more

We just completed the Temple of Osiris escape room and it was a ton of fun. Our escape room master Anna was incredibly helpful and made the experience very entertaining. This was one of the best escape rooms we have ever done. Will be coming back! read more

Went with a big group of older teens and parents for New Years. They could not have been more accommodating and even catered food for us between the 2 rooms we experienced. Very fun and a great time was had by all!! read more
